J. Jill in Gig Harbor is the most professional group of individuals. I had issues with a shipped order. Kathy helped me search for it. When it couldn't be located, she came up with a solution and was so kind and professional throughout the whole process. I'm extremely thankful.

Helpful. Cheery. Lots to choose from! The woman who helped me showed me the sale racks and where the new lines were. Definitely helped! She was encouraging, which I desperately needed today.I especially appreciated the woman who checked me out. She listened, smiled, told me when the kimono sweaters should be in. But it was her welcoming words that make me a J.J.Jill fan.
