I called for a dress from hald a yr ago on super sale and the associate found it! I got the feeling the 2nd store I called in NY who another store said had 2 didn’t look, Gig harbor was showing maybe 1….so pleased w/the friendly excellent service!

J. Jill in Gig Harbor is the most professional group of individuals. I had issues with a shipped order. Kathy helped me search for it. When it couldn't be located, she came up with a solution and was so kind and professional throughout the whole process. I'm extremely thankful.
