“I came here after the remodel and Daryl was absolutely amazing. He helped me even though I was having a super bad day due to LOWES having crappy customer service. Daryl restored my faith in somebody who totally understands what it's like to be a first time home owner and find yourself in positions where you are fixing the house and really just need some small help. Daryl was that guy. It was a small faucet repair and he seriously was able to help and direct me in the right direction. I will be 100% coming back for more products while I upgrade my house. “well, everyone seems to complain about these giant Hardware stores, but after a few inquires we came across Thomas that helped us Senior's with filters for our refrigerator we bought there years ago...And he explained the difference between the cheap one's that other stores sell and the one's that were the best, Thank You Thomas as you are a man with a mission to really help senior's getting the help they need in these crazy times..... “I like this place, they have everything that I need for a reasonable price, and it's always in stock.
I do, however, have trouble keeping the plants that I buy here alive. I think they use some sort of synthetic fertilizers like miracle grow. So once the plants get real organic food, they can't digest it properly.”

“I would like to compliment Lois, Jack and Doug for their constant good will and help. Lois has been helping me for a dozen years and she is so knowledgeable that it saves me lots of time. I needed help today with a tiny bolt for my hedge trimmers and she spent a long time figuring out what would work and how she could help me. Jack helps me every time I go into the store and always knows where things are and how to work them. Doug is amazing in his ability to understand and fix things. He is always there to help with a smile. Your newer employees are very nice but nothing ever makes up for long term service and expertise of the friendly and helpful faces of your long time employees in Gig Harbor.”
