The theater is clean and the employees are upbeat and kind. A couple of their policies are wack, so don't crack your popcorn lid or drop it on the ground, because they will not give you another for free (we get the large refill after the movie to take home). Same with the cups. Make sure you join the rewards program to get points on purchases, which are good for all sorts of goodies, and you get the $6.75 movie tickets on Tuesdays. If you can purchase your tickets ahead of time at a kiosk because online there is a $2+ service fee for each ticket and is not refundable if you choose to cancel and get a refund (no later than an hour before the showtime).

Nice place. Expensive, but where can you go that isn't, other than just staying home? Has lots of options and the VIP style seating accommodations make it worth it.

The only theatre worth going to in Kitsap (except the historical ones). Good staff, comfy seats, and the drinks at the bar are cheaper than anything you can find outside of the movie theatre tbh (~$8 well drinks).

Too bad the IMAX seats don't recline. Be ready to sit upright; like the good old days. Added bonus was the little table and we could have used surround sound vs. Louder.

I was required to show the contents of my purse before entering and I promptly said nope. Got a refund minus the insane $7.50 processing fee. There's no written policy anywhere that says they check bags. I didn't even have anything in there but it's the principle of the whole thing of getting singled out for a search before taking my kids to an already overpriced movie. Never in my life had a movie theater required this.

Fire alarm got pulled, now we're all freezing outside. Not cool, do better Galaxy. Update , they were very apologetic to the inconvenience, and offered everyone comps. Great resolution Galaxy Cinema

Great theater, nice options, lovely chairs.We had one person bail last minute and Bailey(?) was very kind and helped us get it refunded, even though it was last minute. She had great customer service, was very kind, and courteous. Also has great hair. Give Bailey a raise. ?

Kim, the manager, is super helpful and answered all my questions, making scheduling my daughters birthday party so easy.Update: The party went wonderfully, and the staff was great!Dante provided exceptional service. He was very efficient and friendly and clearly management material. Raegan was a delight and stayed so patient with me. I can only imagine how much more stressful wrangling 12 kids 10 and under would have been without Dante and Reagan!
