Had my jeep washed here today. Just spent the last half hour rewashing it. There is no reason to try and wash a vehicle here, It will just make a mess of you car and you will have to rewash it.

There is much better out there! The spinning brushes often miss the areas along the side of the vehicle. There are occasions where spinning brushes don't even reach my car or spin too slowly! Many times there is equipment that is broken so areas of my vehicle don't even get cleaned. The rolling brush for the roof applied so roughly that I thought it was going to damage the sun roof. I had a wash club subscription, but I ended it. Not worth the money. This location doesn't maintenance their equipment enough, I think. It'll get the majority of the dirt off but that's about it.

Credit card only!!! Sunny afternoon, Friday after work. New to the neighborhood. Decided to try this car wash out by my work. As I found out they were credit card only & I had only cash on me, the attendant told me I would have to back out of the curved line, he just walked away, no assistance. No customer service, and I will not be given them my business!!!! I will drive out of my way to Classy Chassis!!!! originally

decided to try this car wash and the first run through the car wash i noticed huge strips of dirt on the side of my doors, the tires werent clean. we went through a second time and the doors still werent clean. theres no brushes theyre rubber that just beat the fuckkk out of your car more then anything!

Stopped coming here after previously leaving tons of bugs still on my hood/grill. Decided to try again today with a different car because it is conveniently close to home. Paid for $16 "middle tier" wash. Once again left tons of dirt on car as well as soap residue. No point in going here other than the free vacuums. Additionally, after bringing my other vehicle the first two times, I noticed brush circles in the paint. Can't say it was for sure this place but I had never noticed them before.

I decided to give this car wash a try. I may now forever have car wash PTSD. Not sure what's going on with the top brushes? Every spin there was a huge thud. Similar to someone dropping a bag of concrete on it over and over. The roof was shaking with every spin. Maybe it was out of balance or? Soap was left on vehicle also. I was expecting damage to roof and trunk but haven't seen any yet. Something bent my front license plate but oh well. I've been using the Brown Bear on 6th in Tacoma and will be the only one I take my vehicle to from now on. Avoid the Elephant!

I decided to give this car wash a try. I may now forever have car wash PTSD. Not sure what's going on with the top brushes? Every spin there was a huge thud. I went to the pink elephant car wash today, and was very disappointed. I had the same experience in the past, but thought I would give them another try. I pulled into a parking lot after getting out of the car wash to dry off the water that the blower , to discover that there was soap all over the sides, the hood, and the tailgate of my SUV. I have also noticed that every time I go there, one of their brushes on the passenger rear leaves a black mark on my car. It looks like black rubber from one of the rollers. It will be my last trip there. It is very poor quality. I am giving it one star because I cannot give it anything less.
