I like the convenience, but the wait time is desirable, and like the rest of Costco offered services there are no benches to sit on for us older folks.

Slow and rude employees! Extra steps required for simple, non controlled medications. What is going on here? Love Costco but the pharmacy is horrid.

Just unnecessarily rude staff. We just wanted to buy some vaseline, which for inexplicable reasons is sold behind the counter at the pharmacy. They insisted we wait in a very long line of people waiting to fill prescriptions rather than just hand us some.Grade A asinine

They get 3 stars because the pharmacists have been super helpful. The cashier staff, on the other hand, are the unfriendliest people I’ve ever encountered at a Costco. Glum, unpleasant, unhelpful.

I was there a every month and been assisted at the pick up counter by Mrs. Susan. So rude every times , she doesn’t even listen to me and then keeps walking without letting me answer what she asked. Never looked me only ask name, birthday, nothing to say Hi or bye don’t expect smile. I wonder she think smile is wrong life .. I don’t really want go there but it’s very convenient to me I want know she’s working schedule she is not there..

They have terrible communication and are often behind. I wouldn't go here if I could get my medicine anywhere else.

Took twice as long to get my prescription as I was quoted. "30-40 minutes" turned into over an hour wait. My prescription still seemed expensive. I don't know if I'll be using this place again in the future.

Probably still the best Costco around in the Puget Sound .... well stocked, very clean, ample parking.

I just got signed up at this location for a membership. When I said I wanted to sign up the employee responded with "Tell me, what are your spending habits like on groceries." I reluctantly gave an estimate. He responded that I should sign up for the gold membership and gave me the whole run down. I said "I think I just want standard for now and I will see if I want that later." This other employee comes up while this guy is entering my info in their system and gives me the same run down. I had to tell them no on 3 separate occasions. I just felt like it was not very polite to ask me about my choices when it comes how how I spend my money and to patronize me by to people telling me the same thing. Why harass a customer that is willing to purchase your product because they don't want more of your product? I may look at this differently than some but I felt disrespected. Aside from this uncomfortable initation ritual the rest of my experience was good. It's a nice store that is well stocked

Cake is not made very well. I've had great cakes and not so great cakes. Molly the very nice bakery manager basically said that when a cake bakes unevenly they use frosting and mousse to level the cake. I personally think if the cake didn't bake evenly then that means there is something wrong with the cake and they should start fresh. Not just use it. An uneven bake means the short side is over baked while the tall side is baked properly and not dry. Yet Costco seems to think that its appropriate to just hide the poorly made cake with frosting. Very uneven frosting and mousse makes for one person getting a super frosting covered piece while someone else gets a piece with very little frosting but tons of mousse. They are more than happy to have me return the cake. They have the best return policy but really they forget the inconvenience and that now I've got to pay for gas to drive from belfair to gig harbor and back a second time all because they baked the cake incorrectly and refused to not use it. Luckily I wasn't buying this cake for an important event. I feel sorry for those people who get a cake like this, which I ordered a week ahead of time, and it's for a birthday or graduation party.
