Been here twice asking for assistance with my watches and they were happy to help. I walked in with no appointment and was instantly assisted. They seem very straightforward and trustworthy. It’s nice to have a local place with knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices.

Michael was wonderful in helping me to transform an inherited diamond necklace into a beautiful (and affordable) ring. He was equally gracious and supportive in helping me to change the design of the ring from I liked to one that I love.
