Too tired and busy to greet or help a customer. I went in with $$$ to spend. But not one clerk spoke to me or made eye contact. Upon leaving the store, I expressed my disappointment. My comment was met with " We've been resetting the store for seven days. Everyone is so tired." Luckily, JJJill was next door. I bought 6 tops. I'd received excellent service from the get-go. When I mentioned the poor service at Chicos and their excuse. She said it's not the set-up or being tired, we've heard complaints quite often. Goodbye Chicos in Gig Harbor! Hello J.J.Jill.

I went to Chico's today to look for a dress. When I noticed they didn't have much dress selection, I began to get anxious. Wendy and Judith came to the rescue to help me find something nice and elegant for a military event. I ended up purchasing an elegant coat that can go over a dress I already have. Judith helped my appeal by modeling some nice jewelry to help my outfit stand out more. I loved my experience, and I would definitely come back!

I have dropped in at this store numerous times and question why I still do. The staff is so incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Not once did I get asked if I needed anything - even when standing directly next to a staff member. This was the last time for me.

I love Chico's clothes and was happy to find a Chico's in Gig Harbor when we moved here in December. I had my first occasion to shop in the Gig Harbor store recently, and it was nothing like the great shopping experiences I've had at other stores. Even though there were multiple sales people in the store, I was ignored in favor of chit chat with people who are obviously (by their dress and friendliness with the staff) frequent shoppers. I had to ask for what I needed, and the sales person pointed me at a rack and then walked away. When I found what I was looking for, I had to track down another (different) sales person to let me in he dressing room, and then she went back to her chit chat conversation. It was an altogether disappointing experience that came nowhere near the pleasant and helpful experience I have come to expect at Chico's stores. I looked exactly the same as I looked when I have shopped at other Chico's stores - jeans and a t-shirt - but I got the distinct impression that I was being ignored because I didn't look like I was going to be spending the kind of whole outfit money that they are used to. This was so inaccurate. I will shop online or travel to another store before going back to the Gig Harbor store, that's how offended I was.
