I stopped in at Big 5 Sporting goods this afternoon for a frisbee to bring on our family camping trip and the mission was a success. The store was clean and well organized and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a difficult time finding the entrance, it is on the backside of the store.

Shopped here plenty but today went to buy a cooler. Helpful staff but cannot buy the one I want because they can't find in stock or price an item that is physically in store. WOW. Guess I'll get on Amazon.

It was ok for most part. I ended up getting what I went in for. Despite the fact not one person greeted me or asked if I needed anything, for almost 20 min when I was searching. Wasn't but a few people there and they certainly were being helped. Someone finally asked after I had 4 pairs of shoes I needed a size for. That person left me in the dark. I grabbed more for sizes and eventually someone else helped me. The person who rang me up was very nice and personable. We talked about our big feet. ?. And how they need to carry bigger sizes. Haha So that made up for not so great previous service. Got my shoes for a good price.
