Quick pickup. Unfortunately My vehicle was improperly towed causing issues. When I ask for their insurance info I was hung up on. Checked with L&I currently not active. Beware

Excellent Service. They showed up in just minutes, had my Van off the side of the interstate in less than ten minutes and only charged me 80 buck's for the tow. They were very nice and also helped me identify what was wrong with my vehicle.

Super pleased with the customer service from this business. Susan is a rockstar! During a tow of my wife's special car, the license plate and plate mount was unfortunately bent. Not only did Bayview refund the towing fee, but also sourced and replaced the ridiculously-expensive plate mounting bracket, AND offered to pay for new license plates from the DOL. This is a company that understands how special a car can be to someone. They clearly take great pride in their work and business.
