I thought Pam the owner was informative and nice. My problem happened at check out. My fault for not having my glasses on, but when I handed her my debit card and she turned the machine my way. I put in my four digit PIN number that started with a 5***. Ended up being the tip on $65 worth of service. I did not tip 95% on services, even the best service. 20 to 25% yes. She said she thought it odd when I called her the next day but never said anything to me at the time. That to me is dishonest, I'm in customer service and would not have a single client if I did that to my clients. Shame on you Pam. Full disclosure, she said we can work it out at the next visit, there won't be another visit... $50 + lesson for me.
