Honestly the best guys I've ever met to work on some of the coolest cars. They do a great job with everything they do, very honest and professional. I've also worked here and it's a great environment and great team. My entire family gets all their work done here, I always recommend this shop to everyone. From.an oil change or brake job to an engine replacement they are the ones to trust your car with!

My name is Bogdan, and in the beginning of last year, I brought in my 2011 BMW 335D Diesel. Been took on the job changing a cylinder head that I prepped for him. Job was well done, still driving and enjoying the car, expensive???... yes. But accuracy was what I was looking for, a year later and look I'm still driving and enjoying it, was it worth it if you ask me?? Yeah if you are a car person like me, and enjoy driving. Would I ever recommend this shop to my friends? You bet your sweet behind I will.... And did couple of times already.
Thank you!!! Been and John for taking care of me.
PS...I'm thinking about building another diesel BMW engine... probably going to come you guys soon.... Till then

I have been bringing my BMW’s to Mr Parker for detail, maintenance and repair for over 10 years. He is 100% trustworthy and truly cares abouy his workamship, a true professional. On top of that he is an honest and just down right amazing guy! I always recommend John. His work ethic and professionalism trickles down to his team. Ben, Joe and the rest are truly the best at what yhey do!

Went here and spoke with Matt regarding new tires for my BMW X5 35i. He was very nice and helpful. Checked out my car, let me know there was also a rattle which I had been hearing and that they would have to check out the hoses. They gave me prices on two different types of tires for my oversized wheels. Very reasonable and affordable. And I had already checked out three other places and they were still more reasonably priced. Also spoke with John a couple of times and he was also very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. When you go here they make you feel comfortable doing business with them. I definitely recommend them.

Listen to me, this is important. If you own a higher end vehicle or high performance vehicle, bring it here. These guys are the absolute best. I trust them more than the dealership and it's not even close. These guys are legitimately the best in the South Sound at what they do. They are responsive, they are kind, they are honest, and they are knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service, fair pricing and top quality work paired with the fantastic character traits that I mentioned above. Great service, they were very transparent about pricing and they didn't push any unnecessary fixes or anything. When I have car troubles again, I'll be back! They were great at communicating, explaining the issues, and breaking down the estimate.

We had a situation with a new vehicle we had purchased. It had buff marks (swirls) all over the vehicle that were only visible under certain light. We became very frustrated as the dealership seemed unwilling or incapable of fixing it to the factory finish we deserved. We finally decided to get a third party involved, which turned out to be Accuracy Automotive, as we were pleased with the reviews we read. Accuracy was extremely patient, and helped us deal with the dealership etc. They went above and beyond our expectations, and did a superb job getting our car back to looking new again.Services: Auto detailing

I've been taking multiple vehicles here for years and John and his crew have been a pure pleasure to work with. From fixing up various areas on my previous e38 to applying PPF to my g42, they've been able to tackle everything I throw at them for very reasonable prices and time lines.If you have a BMW, take it here. If you need PPF or detailing, take it here.I don't have first hand experience, but judging by the number of other European imports that I've seen on the shop, they seem perfectly capable of handling those too!

Had them do some PPF on my truck. They failed on about 1/4 of it, but made it right the 2nd time. Overall, 4.5 stars and would recommend and use them again.
