“Pricey Island Groceries but have everything. Every thing on-island tends to be pricey because of isolation. Very friendly and quiet place to visit. Great staff!”
“If you’re visiting Friday Harbor and need something from a grocery store, this little place should have you covered. There’s cooking essentials, fresh produce, cheese and wine, frozen foods, and pet food… There’s also crabbing/fishing supplies in the back, and even a kids section with toys and books.Note: Also in the same Roche Harbor marina area are bathrooms with showers, a paid laundry facility, tiny post office, and a waterfront diner serving breakfast/lunch.”
“New owners are great! The teriyaki is the best in town fresh and delicious. Wish they did it over a flame grill or there was Mac salad but I’m not going to complain it’s the best we have had available for years. There would be a picture but I eat it to fast!”

“Check this shop out as it has a lot of different items and gifts. I bought a set of 3 jams from Girl Meets Dirt as a gift to an outdoorsy friend and client. Excited to add it to her other gifts. She has two kids so they could all have a PB&J sandwich with a different jam.”
“This is the "Safeway" of the island. All your basics except no deli counter, although they do stock some premade sammies and salads near the produce section. They do offer some local goods as well! Great selection of beer and wine, many Washington based. All three San Juan Island based breweries represented (especially important to this beer lover) here as well.”
“I'm from Texas we stopped for a visit in April. The owner was super friendly and helpful. They have a very nice selection of wine and beers. They also had a little bit of everything since it is a convenient store I was actually surprised to find Takis and other similar snacks.”
“Awesome alternative to the local grocery stores. Support your local farmers, and this is a great way to do that. Quality selection, super high quality products and reasonable prices. Cheers!”
