Essential Shipyard Industries is run by husband and wife team Jason and Emily Knott, who started as a mobile service and store around the Port of Friday Harbor. In 2022 they have established the Essential Shipyard Outlet at the Jensens shipyard right outside of the town of Friday Harbor. In addition to the store, we have highly qualified employees available to do bottom painting on your boat, install zincs, diesel heaters and more. Upstairs from the store is a consignment shop.
