“This pharmacy gets a really bad rap... But i think a lot of the delays and long lines have to do more with the customers than with the staff. I have been coming to this location at least once a month for rx for over three years and I have noticed that when someone gets to the front of the line I can tell if they have taken a very important step to help both the staff and the other customers ahead of them... CALLING AHEAD! I ALWAYs call ahead and check to see a.) if they have received my prescription from my doctor and b.) when it might be ready "please and thank you" ( goes a long way if just for human decency!) They will tell me if it won't be ready that day. And guess what?! If it won't be i don't go and have to wait in line!!! AMAZING. What's even more amazing is that IF YOU SIGN uP for mobile check out... THEY WILL TEXT YOU THE MOMENT ITS READY. But the people that are really making the line long show up without doing any of those steps, presents the poor staff member (who has served a bazillion people since their 30 min break ended an hour ago) with 10 minutes of questions (that could have been answered with a simple google search or a call ahead) and then complain that their prescriptions aren't ready and that they have to get back in line. So wake up Freeland! The staff rocks and we can help them by doing a little extra preparation before showing up and also by NOT taking out our frustrations on hard working members of our OWN COMMUNITY!
