NAPA Auto Parts - Island Auto Supply is a local, locally owned parts store that feels like a small town auto part store. The staff and crew are friendly, cool, funny, happy to help, knowledgeable, and provide quick, friendly, and excellent customer service. They genuinely care about customers getting the proper part and required fluids. The store has a huge selection of car accessories and is pretty basically stocked. If an item is not in store, they will attempt to find it, order the most affordable option, and have it ready quickly, often by the next morning. They are very helpful in diagnosing and solving problems, saving customers time and money, and even offer solutions like loaner batteries. Their service is not mediocre; they help get cars back on the road.
Ok.... So these guys are not only friendly but knowledgeable. I went in today and they had everything I needed for an old pickup in-store except 1 item which will be here tomorrow morning. They told me all my options and ordered me the most affordable item. I also noticed a huge selection of car accessories.

Sometimes the only game in town can translate to mediocre, certainly not the case here. The crew here helped me get my car back on the road, very helpful, very knowledgable.

It's a nice local parts store locally owned. If they do not have it they will attempt to find it. Pretty basicly stocked.
