“Nalley Valley self storage has been a lifesaver, not only did they set me up with a unit on short notice and without a reservation, they let me move into one of their larger units days later because my needs were a little bigger than anticipated. That could have been a big deal. The staff at Nalley Valley are friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate you and your stuff with a variety of units sizes that other storage facilities don't have. Overall I'm very satisfied with this facility. I give it a 4+ out of 5 ,(just because it's old and dusty).”

“I have been renting from Arm Guard for 17 years now. They have always been very friendly and I have never had any issues trying to access my storage unit. The units are heated and inside. I have even moved units within that time frame and they will always work with you. There even really nice when you forget to give your insurance when you switch companies. Security is awesome! There is someone there 24/7! I highly recommend!!”

“So, last Sunday, one of the driver was driving on the highway with no dirt cover and resulted my windshield cracking in multiple places.When I called, Jackie took full responsibility and coordinated windshield replacement within the day and 4 days later, I have a new windshield.What I am trying to say is this. Now this is a company who are accountable and values integrity. Jackie upon initial contact called the driver which I am 100% confident addressed the concern and took action. “This is a really decent place to rent a car! If your looking for something affordable for a short trip this is great! Azar is very friendly and will help you get into the vehicle you are looking for, but mind you these are used vehicles but they still work perfectly and fine and will get you to where you need to go! Azar was so helpful and knowledgeable, he even explained to me the rates and deposit which was $150, not bad compared to other places of deposits being at $200. Great money saver! I will rent from here again.”

“I really fealt like everything was great, and the staff went well above and beyond to accommodate every possible need. The whole experience was nicely streamlined by knowledgeable staff who were willing to provide all the answers I had along the way, especially when I had not expected such awesome customer service from U-Haul. There's really only the best people at this location, and I will definitely be returning here when I need another U-Haul rental. The first person I spoke with was extremely helpful and patient with the process of getting me out the door and into a truck right away. She even shared her snacks with us, and allowed me to use her tablet when my phone was being too lame to take a photograph needed for the U-Haul app, which I would say was pretty above and beyond as far as customer care goes. The gal who checked me out when I brought back the truck was also super nice and seemed genuinely interested about helping me get the right deal, which took some additional time, patience, and effort on her part, which resulted in an overall stellar customer service. I am glad to state that these folks have also a really cool thrift store at the same place, and if you haven't been in there you really should check em out, cause there's something for everyone in there, reasonably priced, and you can thrift it up and get a U-Haul at the same time! I would love to see these guys and their business thrive, and as an Elks Plain local, I think they are the best around hands down for hospitality and great vibes! I'll be back in soon.”
