We purchased a 2025R Compact utility tractor from Pap'e back in January of 2020. This year while plowing after a snowfall, one of the hydraulic cylinders blew a seal. Kevin the service manager got right on the ball and not only found us a replacement part but had his Technician come out and install it. Josh was here at our facility within an hour a provided excellent service. They did this at no cost and said Merry Christmas! This level of customer service is not so common these days and it was refreshing to see these good people still exist.
