“I hit a rock while I was backing and popped my air bag. Called them and they were the only ones open o. Labor Day. Brian was really helpful on trying to get the part and even gave me the part number to see if other shops had them. Nobody had it and he said he can get it Wednesday the earliest. Lincoln Freightliner called him back and got it sooner. He gave me a quote for a mobile mechanic to fix it and ended up being less than what he quoted me. He was honest about it being less, hard to come by. The mechanic was super nice and friendly and got it done quick. Highly recommend these guys next time I’m in town and need work they are my go to in Spokane.”
“My car needed to be towed this weekend and was towed about 40 miles by Andrew with Amity. AAA messed up my roadside assistance request and tried to send them somewhere totally different but Andrew figured it out, called me and was able to find me and get my car home. After my stressful and very cold morning, Andrew was cheerful, helpful, and had his truck totally warmed up for the ride. I definitely recommend their service.”
“I called looking for a car because my car was totalled recently. Jeff reminded me of the specs on the vehicle I was looking at, because he didn’t feel like it was right for me and he was right. He also wound up helping save me over $2100 with advice on warranties for my accident. He even wrote up a VIN specific vehicle estimate for me to give to the insurance company which made them raise the value of my vehicle over $2600. He didn’t have to, but he made time to be honest and helpful and it’s greatly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend giving them a call for a vehicle. He won’t lie to you and he will make sure you don’t purchase a vehicle that’s not right for you. ”

“This place is absolutely amazing I was having issues with my truck I brought her here and was treated with Grace and kindness. They looked my truck over because I had it worked on at a different place and my truck was misfiring and running very rough.I had a bent spark plug from the other mechanic. Kevin and his crew not only fix the issue but also didn't even charge me for the issue I was so grateful because my truck is my only form of transportation. I highly recommend Kevin and his crew they are wonderful people and I will be continuing to go there for now on. Thank you for TOP-NOTCH SERVICE. People and a company like yours is really hard to find.”

I called Les Schwab in airway heights and not only did they come out and put air in it so I could drive it to them, but when I got to the shop they fixed the flat in 30 minutes for no charge at all because i bought my tires at a Les Schwab location. Highly recommend. It was very nice to get this taken care of so easily while I was out of town!”

“I had gotten backed into by a truck, and needed my paint redone along with another panel from rubbing and my lower bumper replaced, they were incredibly polite and professional throughout my entire experience. They were much faster in servicing my car than previous shops have been with my prior vehicles. Picking up my car it looked just like it did when I got it off the lot. I’m happy to say if I run into another unfortunate circumstance where my car needs fixed I’ll definitely be coming back here.”
