“I overindulged my cat unfortunately and the repercussions are his being so fat he can't clean himself properly and has mats the other unfortunate part is he's so mean to everyone besides me no one will touch him this is the only place so far that has taken me seriously and not been rude about them not being able to knock him out when the reality of it is I need him put to sleep for a while to be shaved cuz he's so mean and now his poor little skin is getting red thank goodness these guys agreed to help”

“I am giving them a five star because they do awesome work. I have not yet gotten into see them, but I have done all the paperwork so I’m patiently waiting. I know getting a spay/neuter is extremely hard these days. I do know that they do wonderful things and make sure that they can take care of any animals as possible! I don’t think my five star is whoever change!”
“Don't let that list of charges fool you , we frequently drop 3 to 5 hundred dollars, and they do not do a lot of things due to limited staff or just something they can't do.but they do try to do a good job.”

He has been very I’ll for 2 weeks and unfortunately I had a hard time finding a vet clinic that would see him. “One of our pups had an allergic reaction to new medication prescribed by our regular vet. Uptown Animal Hospital triaged his symptoms and treated him quickly. Staff were very good about communicating with me throughout his visit and made thoughtful recommendations about his care and treatment. Our pup felt better almost immediately after some steroids, antihistamines, and some fluids. So thankful to have a twenty four hour vet hospital nearby!”
“The day you need an emergency veterinarian is always insanely stressful to say the least, but for me was also incredibly emotional. Every single member of the staff I have interacted with, and there have been several over the last week while we try to figure out what’s going on and provide the best care for my pet, has gone above and beyond both in terms of care and service provided, and in understanding the strong emotions that come when your pet is unwell. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I’ve worked in a few different vet clinics and been a client to a few more, and this office is by far the best I’ve seen.”

“I have been boarding with Tacoma Cat Hospital fairly regularly for the past two years, and I recommend them without hesitation. The price is right and the accommodations are solid: cat condos and a play area for cats who are so inclined. They work with your feeding schedule, keep track of whether or not your cat is eating and using the litter box, and will contact you if there's any concerns. What sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are competent and truly seem to love and understand cats. My little girl is a spicy a**hole, and the staff here understand that and take it in stride with a lot of humor. They manage to maneuver her in and out of the place without being shredded to ribbons (I think the oven-mitt-like gloves help) and even manage to charm her with catnip and pets. I always feel so at peace knowing that my kitty is in a place where she is cared for and understood.”
