This is probably one of the worst rec centers I've gone to because one of the workers said 10 more minutes until they close for little kids to come but they played on the other side of the court. Also, he said it is on the website which was a lie because the website said they were open all day and in a mid 3 on 3 he randomly put the hoops up. and when I was skateboarding, he said "if you will get hurt you'll sew me" but I'm 11.

The staff here are terrible, it was my son first time doing swim lessons at this location and they lost his certificate… I called so many times, drove up here so many times and no one could find his certificate after swim lessons ended. The director stated he would mail it and I didn’t receive it when I was supposed to. I had to keep calling daily and ask when they mailed it out..until they finally put it in the mail… smh I will not go here anymore or recommend anyone here.

My family loves this pool! We have gone a few times this summer and my husband, 2 year old and I have always had a great time. They have a splash pad/very shallow area for the littles, 2 different sections of deeper water, the DEEP area where they alternate diving and free swim and a whirlpool. The pool is heated which can be a little weird on hot days but was mostly fine. My parents would have loved it since they get cold easily. Our little one was allowed to go in either in her floaties or in our arms. The locker rooms were clean and large and I appreciated the family rooms that are available. I only wish we lived in Fircrest so we could get a discount to use it but we love it all the same!

This pool is the most gorgeous, kind employees, clean water, sanitary bathrooms, very spacious pool this is hands down the best community pool ever!! My fave love to take my daughter and niece on a hot day to cool down!!

The new Fircrest Swimming Pool is a fantastic upgrade to the previous community pool. The pool is a multi-use aquatics facility. The pool offers six lane competitive pool with state of the art starting blocks. There is a 1 Meter diving board, an instructional pool area, a zero entry pool for younger children, as well as a circular pool. Locker rooms are ample and well lit. Friendly staff. Overall great place to beat the summer heat. It’s great to see the citizens of Fircrest have the fortitude to build such a fantastic facility for their community.

I love this pool! One of the best I've been to. Extremely friendly and supportive staff and lifeguards, and they make sure kids and teens are capable swimmers before letting them into the deep end. Highly recommend, but be ready to pay a bit more if you're not a Fiercest Resident.10/10
