So I’m a little bit confused as to why when I cash checks at umpqua some will charge me a fee because I don’t have an account with them and then other branches don’t charge me any fees other than that I alway have a good experience I’m usually in and out within 5 minutes. I might just open an account soon

I left feedback on their website because they didn't have an ATM for over a year and now whenever I go they make sure my wait is extremely long and take forever to process anything I need done. One of them went as far as confronting me face to face about the review I left about them not having a ATM available to their customers.

I've only been a client for about six months but have always been treated well, have been helped with what I've needed, and have had my questions answered properly. Last, but not least, the bank is conveniently located for me. I like it very much (much better than my previous bank which I won't name).

I've beem banking with Columbia for years. The Fircrest branch is unbelievable bad! Weekly they make mistakes. Its like they don't often when you come through the drive in. They are suprr dingy. I honestly hate dealing with the gals that work there bunch of attitudes

This bank when confronted with an erroneous charge to an ATM card clearly stated that although they acknowledge their ATM machines are faulty, they have absolutely no concern about American Combat Veterans receiveing medications and they cannot provide any help to those who are erroneously charged by their ATM machines. Asking to reimbursed for 40 dollars on wrongful charges resulted in being retailited by taking another 5 dollars from my bank.
