“I would give above 5 Stars if possible! Dr. Emerson is a wonderful teacher and explains all information regarding the vet visit and anything you. need going forward with you pet's care. He does not waste your time and gets right to the point of the visit which is very appreciated. If your pet needs something right away, he takes care of it and does not ask you to come back for another appt. ie: my young German Shepherd came in for updates for her vaccines and while there I mentioned that I felt a lump on her shoulder. Of course I suspected cancer. He did not ask me to come back for an excision as I have had some vets do. He took care of her right there on the exam table. He asked me first if I wanted to stay in the room or step out if I was queasy. I said no I wasn't and so he Numbed it, excised it, cut the lump into and looked at it. It was a sebaceous cyst.. Not Cancer! It was straight forward, I was holding her the entire time. Normally, vets will take the pets "in the back" and do the procedure so you never know for sure. No sending it to pathology so you have to wait for an answer not to mention the cost of the labs. I am sure that if he suspected something worse that a fatty lump, he would send it off for a pathology lab to look at it but being a retired nurse, I too could see it and recognized it as a sebaceous cyst. I have taken so far 2 cats to him and 2 dogs, one a puppy. He gave me all the feeding information I needed for feeding, wormed him and gave his vaccines. Quick but in a caring fashion. It is less stressful for the pet that way. Puppy left the office wagging his tail and got a treat "to go". :). So if you are looking for a caring and straight forward Vet, you should consider Dr. Emerson at McMillan Vet Clinic on the Orting Hwy. A side note also is that I was able to get an appointment within a few days and not weeks!”
“I cannot say enough about how much our family loves Crestwood Animal Hospital. Dr. Norstrem always makes me feel heard and never rushed. He has been incredible with our two large pups (GSD & Cane Corso) and just as good with their sometimes nervous parents. Gena and the vet tech staff are second to none. When your dogs give love to your vet, the office staff and vet techs you know they are doing something right.”

“Awesome Vet. Very adorable and they are all very nice.My Chihuahua had her teeth cleaned. The doctor did an amazing job. One of her molars needed to be pulled and it was bugging you up out of her. Her teeth are incredibly clean now and the prices were extremely good”

“I am very happy with the compassionate knowledgeable care , love given by the staff at Commencement Bay Animal Hospital. I am very happy I have switched my dog and cat to this office . DVMSullivan has given her patients and family the time and complete support compassion n love n dedication of her job you would expect from a great DVM she will get right on the floor with my big guy hes a lab mix. My animals adore her. So do I all I have to say to my dog is were going to his vets ifc n he's in the car. My dog not only loves his DVM he also loves his techs with the tasty treats nice belly rubs. He loves the front end receptionist Michelle bunches n the others they are all very kind . His Momma n Sister Cat love all the staff also. This staff is super efficient they do what they are going to do pretty quickly and are very friendly about it. I've never encountered a rude or unkind member of this vet office. They let you know pricing on proceedures. They aren't out to price gouge you they truly do care for your animals. I'm truly glad I was referred here . My animals n I have been very happy. I would recommend Commencement Bay Animal Hospital.”

“I cannot thank Dr. Black enough for the care and honesty he did for me and Chuck. He was upfront with me about Chuck condition and did not pressure me into making any quick decisions. Unfortunately Chuck needed to be out down, but Dr. Black reassured me I have made the right choice. “This is an excellent place to take your pets for care! I recently moved to Tacoma and I am so happy I found Button Vet! Every interaction I have had with the team at Button Vet has been 10/10 amazing. Their front desk staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The vet tech who saw my cat and I was also equally helpful, friendly, and clearly loves pets. My cat Malory was seen by Dr Jeremiah who really took the time to answer all the questions I had and while also calming my cat down. Dr Jeremiah took a personalized approach to Malory's care. I can really tell the staff at Button Veterinary care about and love their clients and I highly recommend them if you are in need of a vet for your furry friends!”

“We brought in our very hyper and anxiety filled dog Bridgit in to be groomed. After warning the new groomer about our disabled Pom-Chu, I put the muzzle on her, told her we would be back and to be a good girl, knowing full well she wouldn’t be, told the groomer how we liked her to be cut and we left her. Turns out Bridgit “Loved her”! Bridgit didn’t need the muzzle and she received the best haircut ever!! I cannot express our relief and happiness, if you’re looking for a groomer who understands dogs, this is the place to go!!!,”

“They have always take very good care of our pets. Starting with our Mini Dachshunds who would slip their disc in their back usually on the weekends. Next out Silky Terrier. He was. Rescue and we only had him fir short time but they took good 3oc Rudy. Next out Mini Pinschers. Always a challenge but they were right there with proper diagnosis. I still have one left and he has Addison 's disease since he was 8. Will be 17 in August. Going strong!”
“Don't let that list of charges fool you , we frequently drop 3 to 5 hundred dollars, and they do not do a lot of things due to limited staff or just something they can't do.but they do try to do a good job.”

“Dr. Teberg is a very thorough veterinary doctor. I 1000% trust her with my pets. The staff is nice, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I am so happy to have found this practice after going through losing previous vets to either retirement or to other practices/areas. One of my cats had 3 teeth pulled and a cleaning. AAH worked with our local vet, over 1000 miles away, to make sure my husband could get his pup the necessary treatment. They even precut the pills. Everyone went above and beyond.”
