If I could give zero stars I would, My package that’s worth hundreds of dollars was “sent to mailbox” was home that day checked was not there, called yesterday and they said they would try to find it. Got an infuriating email saying that they placed it at my front door and not even helping me, How was it sent thru my mailbox even the women on the phone said it was sent thru the mailbox but now all of the sudden its sent through “front door” and someone just stole it, This is just trash service I hate this.

absolutely ATROCIOUS delivery service. Not to mention they make it impossible to speak to anyone over the phone when they fail to deliver your package.

I just don't get it. Why can't they just do their job correctly. Is it really hard to deliver mail. Without losing it. Multiple times. Also worse customer service ever.

I am out of town and package was attempted to be delivered that needed a signature. After calling the post offices number 147 times in the course of 2 days no one ever answers the phone. I do t have a tracking number the the 1-800 number is useless. I called the fife office and someone answered right away. Worst post office experience ever!!

Some of the most lazy mediocre workers around. We've lost money on the amount of packages returned due to no one being around for signature. Someone is always at home, Ring confirms that no one ever goes up to the door, never left a slip behind. Happens every time a signature is needed. Delivery is never attempted and always written off.

This is where packages go to die. Anytime you order from Amazon or any big company your package makes it here but gets lost, every holiday every birthday my packages get lost here.

My son works at the post office in Spokane, and HE says to report this office on the USPS website. Since the USPS is always looking to cut costs, this office is exactly where costs can be directed wlseqhere.

Everyone is very nice here. The missing star is because the automated phone message gives the wrong hours and no hours are on the website for mail pickup.

So on Apple maps says you guys open at 8:30am. When you call it says 6am. On the US Post Office website it says 7am. I get there at 9am and there’s the closed sign with a letter saying as of February 2023 you guys will open at 8:30am. So if I get there at 9am why aren’t you guys open? It was past the opening time and there wasn’t a single person in sight no lights on no cars. Should have listened to the other reviews and gone somewhere else.
