The Guy at receiving was a extremely rude and unprofessional. I feel so sorry for people working with or under his supervision. The Guy has serious psychological problems, and takes it out on others around him. What a sorry individual.

Creative parking overnight. You can park in doors 43 up overnight if spots available. Receiving opens at 4:30. Receiving door is by door 30. Can be a bit of a tight back. Got unloaded quick but then had to wait on lumper. In door 4:30 out by 9. Receiving guy is very efficient. Lumper service is a joke and overchargesUpdate: came back two weeks later. Receiving guy is amazing. Lumper service is TW services and is still worse than Capstone. Bring food and a book to read!

Over 2 hours for 2 pallets to stage back into any open door 49 or lower at the building across from receiving not the worst place I’ve been but they’re definitely slow.

4 hours from check in to fighting for my BOLS I’m finally out of this place! If you are getting ignored you just have to speak up. They will give you attitude, but will at least know you are there.

This place is westing time disrespectful service and employees, because they don't follow appointments time they don't loaded, unloaded less than 3hours, please Truck drivers don't accept US Food loads.

Wow! I didn't think you could get worse than WinCo but US Foods Fife has managed to pull it off. You guys are awful. Checked in at 0730 and still unloading as of 1430. 7 boards, ridiculous!

May or may not take you early, only a little room for staging to wait, and NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.My appt was 1000, arrived at 0830, docked about noon, and I just felt them pull the first pallet off and it 1315. I'm not expecting to get out of here anytime soon.Plus I was parked in a spot on the south side of the building for staging and right as receiving called me for a dock one of their yard dogs dropped a trailer right in front of the nose of my truck, blocking me in. Could have put it anywhere else while he moved another trailer to make space.I haven't even seen my lumper fee yet.Update: it's a quarter to 1500 and the lumper fee for 25 pallets is $600

They were nice but there's a lumper fee and I had an 8 am appointment and didn't get out of there till 11:15 and I had to go in and ask what's the hold up and then magically my paperwork was ready

Honestly a hit or miss here. I’ve had times they unload my trailer in 45 mins, and times where I waited 4-5 hours. They seem to like to take their sweet time for the most part, but definitely not the worst place ever. Plenty of room to back up for the most part as long as there’s not a bunch of trucks in the way, which is common for them to make it harder for you to back into some doors here. Make sure you have truck trailer and P.O. number to check in. Usually don’t have to wait too long for a door. Staff is friendly most the time. Outrageous lumper fees. Don’t mind coming here but don’t expect to be done in a timely manner.

APP: 8AM / Check in: 4:30AM / Out: 8:30AMThere’s a few spots to overnight parking inside, but you can find some at side streets. Receiving starts 4:30AM. Go there to get your assignment door. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers. Fast unloading.
