I called other repair shops but none of them would take me because I had work done at the dealership already. Top Auto Body agreed to work my case. Caesar and Terrell were constantly in communication with me about the process. I got my vehicle back one day ahead of time. Top Auto Body also added clips that were not replaced by my dealership. The work done looks top tier. 10/10 would recommend to a family or friend

If there is one thing that sets a business apart is client experience. From the moment I walked in to the very end, it was professional, very well communicated and thorough. My guy Terell went absolutely above and beyond keeping constant communication of the process and even going out of his way packing my things from my vehicle as insurance was about to take it off their hands (I was down to one vehicle with my family and work in Seattle, it was hard to get in during their hours) but he took care of it anyways. Keep it up and Terell you're much appreciated ? Look no further than Top Auto Body. They live up to their name.

Came in to get my windshield wiper motor fixed. I really was trying to go through my insurance company to get this fix so I decided to pay out of pocket. I made the owner Cesar aware of this and he went out of his way to ensure the best price possible. He took my car in the following week and placed me in the company vehicle in the mean time. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, it looked great! It was detailed from the inside and out, windshield wiper motor replaced and he remained true to the price. Great place to take your vehicle for repairs at cost affordable price in a timely manner. Thank Cesar and the team at Top autobody!

Cesar and his team at Top Auto Body went above and beyond to make sure the post collision repair-process went smoothly. Appreciated the communication and detailed explanation of the process as well as their professionalism in handling/coordinating everything related to the entire claim including communcation with the local Enteprise branch. Literally all I had to do is drop the car off and the car was returned to me in immaculate condition!

I didn't want to post until I finished the most of my claim, they were amazing here for what I needed. Cesar quickly and efficiently, almost effortlessly was able to put together an estimate for me to hand over and complete my portion of the paperwork needed. I really appreciate the service team here, Cesar was really helpful and he made sure I knew exactly the timeline of the process, Terrell even gave me a ride to the car rental place which they set up for me and was able drop off the rental with them when I picked up my vehicle, which they cleaned really good for me... all in all a really great experience, I will definitely recommend this body shop!

I just want to thank Cesar and the team at top auto body. They were able to get my 2004 dodge truck in and repair the damages on my truck in a timely fashion!!
