“Wide assortment of products for running. I went in for insole for the old work boots. Got my feet scanned and had insoles in my boots 15 minutes later. Also had very friendly staff who helped me through the whole scan and try of insoles and even checked me out.”

Despite several customers all needing assistance, it seems that my experience wasnt affected at all as I was still able to get the service i needed to fill my complicated order without feeling like I was being put off. Despite being busy she was cheerfully helpful to all.

“I will never buy another pair of shoes anywhere besides DSW in Federal Way the store manager could not have been cooler I brought back a pair of shoes that I had worn for a whole week because they had started to squeak and without a box she swapped them out for a brand new pair no questions asked on top of that I bought a pair of insoles that I cut to fit the size of my shoe but in return it's still didn't fit she also swapped them out for brand new ones once again no questions asked customer service that is absolute finest don't buy shoes anywhere else”

The gal in the shop happily helped me find the right ring for my sister. For example, she helped me go through all of the rings to find the right size. I greatly appreciate her time! “Came today just to look around and was pleasantly surprised by how nicely staff works there. They gave me and a lady who was shopping as well all of their attention. I felt very welcomed, staff was just super nice and caring. The store looked very clean and neat. I ended buying a beautiful pair of shoes and a bag. I will definitely come back again for more.”

She thought she had a set in stock that would fit, and when it did not she went on a personal quest to find some that did. Within a week, the shoes were in hand and just what we needed. “I had a mission to find some pants for my toddler boys to match a pair of pants my husband owns for a photo shoot. I think she was the store manager but she rose to the challenge & helped me find some options & also searched on her tablet for other options. She suggested we put the options she came up with on hold while I searched elsewhere as it wasn’t a complete match. I was unsuccessful at other shops but because she was so helpful I purchased the options she came up with. Her customer service was like a breath of fresh air and she should be the gold standard of what customer service should be.”

“The Best shoes I've ever worn. Must purchase from a retailer like Kohls, Amazon or Macy's. You can not go to the distributor. Contact customer service from the retailer not the distributor. If you have foot problems or have a job where your on your feet all day or wear insoles these are worth the money!”

“This is one of the few brick and mortar shoe stores left that has a large variety of shoes for everyone in the family to try on.
Know that several big brand-name shoes only have the left shoe in the boxes to try on and you need to get an associate to bring the right one to try on or purchase.
Prices seem at least comparable to online.”

“Customers swarm in by the dozens at the same time! I don't know how Kathy and the crew do it, but they are helpful and kind to all, keep the store clean and organized, and are on top of it even through the chaos! Second time there in the past few months, same experience both times.”

“I brought my mom here because she has a pair of SAS shoes that lasted 10 years and she thinks they have a little more wear in them. Miss Carolyn was the sales associate who worked with my very difficult to fit Mom. Miss Carolyn was amazing. She listened to what my mom needed and the problems Mom has with her feet. Miss Carolyn knows her shoes! She was able to suggest different shoes that Mom had never considered. She brought out 22 pairs of shoes for my mom to try on. 22!!! All without a hint of frustration, judgment, or impatience. She kindly listened to what Mom said about the fit and found shoes that worked. Mom walked out with two new pair of shoes, and I walked out with great respect and appreciation for Miss Carolyn!”
