What he is really doing is ALTERING VEHICLES AIR BAG COMPUTER with various sensors to trick the vehicles on board computer into thinking that the air bags are still intact, when in most cases the air bags or seatbelt pretensioners are altered to work as a regular seatbelt or air bag, when in fact they are no longer operable in an accident. Most of his customers are Russian or foreigners from various other countries that just come to him by word of mouth. People purchase vehicles that are completely totaled out by insurance companies like Progressive, Geico, State Farm, Farmers, etc. The vehicles are offered for sale at auctions such as Copart Inc or Insurance Auto Auctions (IAAI). At some point people that purchase a vehicle that was once totaled, restore the vehicle by whatever means possible to look as good as they deem necessary for a retail sale at to dollar. Once a vehicle is repaired they always seem to find their way to this bottom feeding guy (Alex) to Jimmy Rig the electrical aspect of the vehicles in way that will not tip off the untrained eye. Alex will make the air bag light function on and off like it’s supposed to from the factory only sad part is that the air bags, air bag computer and seat belts with pretensioner are altered or removed to trick the warning lights from alerting potential buyers of the once previously totaled vehicles. This puts the public at risk from having a fair chance at survival in future vehicle collisions. And this bottom feeder has been doing this for over a decade. How many injuries or deaths are truly at the hands of this monster. But, he acts so innocent like he does nothing wrong and goes to church. A WARNING AND AN EYE OPENER FOR ALL PEOPLE ABOUT TO SUPPORT A CROOK THAT CAN POTENTIALLY HURT YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE OR JUST KNOW IN FUTURE COLLISIONS. THINK TWICE FOLKS. A few hundred or few thousand dollars are not worth a human life.
