Delivery was scheduled and confirmed but never showed up on the scheduled date. I sent an email to the contact us form on the website before I was able to locate the Fife direct line. The person I spoke to at the Fife warehouse was quite helpful and scheduled the delivery for the next day. The next morning the contact form response came through and informed me that my delivery was scheduled for a different day. (Now the third date I have been given.) I responded to that email and asked for clarification on when it is actually coming.I never received a response.Meanwhile my delivery was actually in route and I received a phone call from the driver, Jose that he was close. We agreed on a time that I would be able to meet him. ( I was working from home and had to work around meeting and signing for the delivery.) Three minutes from the time that we spoke about he started blowing up my phone and called me 5 times in a row, despite me texting to let him know that I wouldn't be able to talk for a few minutes. He responded saying that he had to go because he had other deliveries to make. I was able to connect with him over the phone at the time that I told him I would be available and it was then that he told me I would need to come meet him at the Ace Hardware store because he was not coming to my house because I did not have a turnaround for his 50 foot trailer. (What residence does??) He said I needed to bring my truck and just back right up to his trailer. I told him I was not able to leave, and that I needed it delivered to my house. I made it clear that parking on the road and dropping it there would be fine, but it needs to come to my house. He said he would have to come back later after he did his other deliveries. I said that would be fine, but it would be the same situation: I will need a heads up and it needs to come to my house. He estimated that he would be back around 6pm. I spoke with him at 6 and he said he was about 35 minutes out. At 6:50 I asked for an ETA. He called and said he is another 32 minutes away and then asked if I could meet him at the freeway. I said no and finally around 7:40 my delivery was complete, poorly strapped and wrapped boxes, with no pallet, but it arrived at least.The lack of planning of a freight company making frequent residential deliveries with a big rig and not more thoroughly planning out the route to accommodate things like turnarounds and low clearances has significant negative customer experience and overall efficiency impacts. Not to mention the flaw of scheduling in the first place, and then not even being able to get a clear answer of when it is actually coming from the customer service rep responding to emails.The driver lamenting to me about turnarounds and asking me several times to come meet him some other place than the place that I paid for the item to be shipped was infuriating.1 star for R+L as a whole. 2 stars for the folks actually working in the warehouse who were kind and helpful. I hope to never have to rely on R+L as a company again.

Five Star rating to R+L Carriers. My delivery driver Greg, made a special effort to complete my delivery today. Greg who was delivering product to large box stores using a large 18 wheeler semi-truck also had my item on his truck. His truck would not have been able to make it down my dead-end residential street. Rather, than not delivering my item today and sending it out for delivery tomorrow on a small box truck, Greg was able to meet me in a nearby parking lot (less than 2 minutes from my house) where I was able to quickly get my package and be on my way. Thanks Greg.

Great experience with this shipping company used them Twice for wheelchair delivery and pick up! Very knowledgeable and very helpful with any and all concerns!You Won’t be Disappointed!!!!

Great communication from the company right off the bat, starting with the friendly dispatcher who scheduled the delivery and ending up with Jessi, who is easily the kindest and most courteous driver I’ve ever encountered. Jessi called with an update on his arrival time, but he made good time and was bit earlier than expected. When he called to let me know he’d arrived, I was a few minutes away and he was so kind and patient to wait. This kind of service and professionalism is what we all hope for and it certainly made my day!

Jessi delivered our stall mattresses. His communication was great and he was very kind and polite. We tried to tip Jessi, but he declined. Truly above and beyond service. I highly recommend Jessi and R+L carriers.

Driver Jessie went extra miles to have the box placed inside my fence.Sheline in Central Office was so agile to let me approve the receipt over the email.The delivery was perfectly done.???

Jessi just delivered my package.He was extremely helpful.I was told the package would be left at the top of our driveway. Jessi brought the 335lb package down my driveway and placed it in a convenient location in my garage.I would highly recommend R+L Carriers for their excellent customer service.

Amazing experience! These guys were so professional & polite all the way through the delivery process. I ordered a Shelby hood from Trufiber in Texas but I live in Canada, so to save money & had my hood delivered to a Washington address. It would have cost significantly more to have it delivered in Vancouver. They accommodated my requests for delaying delivery a day to give me time to drive out to my brother in-laws house in Washington where I had my item shipped. The customer service rep was amazing & very understanding of the situation. I was given a call by Jessi prior to the package arriving, he gave me an ETA & he was bang on. Jessi also thanked ME for being there to accept delivery…I should be the one thanking him for being so punctual. His attitude was outstanding & we ended up have a pleasant conversation about a mutual passion…cars. Thanks guys, & thank you Ryan for hiring Jessi…such a great guy. I heard he helped design your guys shirts, definitely shows his passion for the company. Awesome experience!

Jesse delivered two boxes of furniture today and unfortunately I didn’t have my phone on me to receive his request for help so he pushed 150lbs of boxes uphill to get them to me, and he still has a great attitude and service. Thank you Jesse!! And R+L too!

Twice I have had a good experience with this company as they delivered as promised on schedule. This time, the driver Jessi helped me unload the pallet and bring packages into my building from the drop, also removing the pallet when leaving. Very courteous and very helpful!

I told driver I wanted to unload the pallet in to the back of my delivery truck. He rolled it off in my yard and drove off. Last time I'll do business with these guys.
