I would give 5 stars except as soon as I submitted my online order, I realized my coupon had disappeared. I immediately filled out a contact form and never heard back. The 10lb bag of food was $41, the coupon would have been nice. I will continue to shop here and would still recommend checking them out.”

Tiki Tails has always been professional in taking wonderful care of our pets with having a positive attitude, gentle care, with very little wait time, whether to get their services and completion of those services, friendly greetings everytime we enter, Michael is one of the owners and he has always been polite, courteous, friendly, they have a seating area to wait for your pets, and various supplies, pet toys, and a variety of different snacks too. You're able to view your pets, as well. Tiki Tails will take excellent care of your pets whether you have a dog or cat. Tiki Tails is a place where I not only feel comfortable with taking care of my 4 legged family members, but I fully trust them and appreciate their sevices.

“Amazing pet store/groomers. We have in the past purchased items for our frenchie from food to shampoos and etc. Today I was originally going to call to see if they can take a walk in nail trimming and inquire about grooming services for a later time (I was fed up and done with our past groomers ). Not only they took in my dog day of for nail trimming but also made accommodations to get him groomed as well! They were so kind and knowledgeable with every question I had, I’m very cautious with my Frenchie and they made me feel safe and told me what is recommended and best for my dog which I loved! They communicated with me how he was and what extactly was used during drop off and pickup , they helped me book again to even save more money. BIG shout out to Katie! She did amazing on my Frenchie skin/coat. His paws are so soft, he looked and felt so amazing. First time I’ve ever felt that he was truly properly cared for and the work they did was truly worth every coin I spent. They had a fizz tab and other items that I haven’t seen other groomers offer/have for services + the pricing for what you get is really amazing. My frenchie came out smiling! It made my day how professional and kind they were with my dog and how they were able to recommend what’s actual best for my dog and not just try to up sell me like my last groomers.Also to the other groomer with the purple hair, thank you so much for checking us in! They both definitely deserve an award for the amazing customer service.Absolutely if you want an elevated, knowledgeable and gentle groomer who’s actually open and have custom packages for your dog please book! They have online coupons and punchcards to help you save more money on future purchases/services. Online account is so easy to rebook your services.”

“Very pleased with this location we've been visiting them for a while, and they've never let us down. They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) “My wife and I have been coming to this specific Mudbay for almost 2 years. When we first got our little corgi puppy this was our first spot to get help on what foods would be best for her growth. We met Jamie and she was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out the perfect system for our new family member. Soon we came back with more questions about how to help our other pets with their health conditions. And Jamie again was a friendly face with a ton of knowledge. “I want chickens! They have baby turkeys, too. Great store for garden needs. Plant selection is small, but the prices are very competitive. The only place I have been able to find bags of filbert shells, which I love to use for mulch.”

Today is the last grooming for my boy as he is extremely sick and in a lot of pain, I think her for her years of dedication to grooming and to the phenomenal job that she has done if you have any dog that needs grooming then I recommend you call Doris at doggie Do’s”
“I really appreciate them having next day weekday availability since my regular place is booked a month out. You know how hard it is to find any last minute openings for this type of service typically. I booked for a different time online, but got a call from them the next morning to move the appointment up by 2.5 hours. Normally that might be a problem.. Luckily, I was able to move things around to make it work so that change didn’t mess up our schedule entirely. Communications were great. It took them approximately 2 hours for small size dog grooming. The length and style I requested was completed just like I asked. His tear stains were cleaned up nicely. There’s a few bald spots on my dog’s chest and leg, but I don’t mind since they’re not too obvious. The staff don’t look too friendly upon first interaction, but they are clear in communication and flexible with pick up time. They notify you 15 minutes before they’re done. The only downside is it can be pretty loud in the back room, which might make some dogs nervous/in distress by the loud noise. But overall good service. I’ll come back if needed :)”
“My dog Mowgli absolutely loves going to daycare! He knows the route and can't wait to get out of the car. All of the staff are so kind to him and know all his little quirks. He comes home happy and content. I like that they have small groups, an outdoor area, and nap time. This made me feel really comfortable sending him. The customer service is great too. All my questions are answered and they are very responsive with booking. 10/10 would highly recommend.”
