Yes, im a shining star in a sky of darkness… but in my experience, OnTrac was fine. I ordered some Bred 1 Highs from Ebay and OnTrac was the final service to deliver the shoes to me. They dropped the package off around 7:20PM (Im in an Olympia suburb), they did show up in an unmarked white van, and i believe he set my package down. The package was delivered on the date it was supposed to be.
Id say this… if youre reading these reviews and are getting worried on if this is a reliable company, just wait til your package is SUPPOSED to arrive, and if it doesnt arrive, THEN you can worry. Im sure plenty of people had a fine experience with OnTrac, its just that people are more likely to complain about and issue than to compliment something that works.
5/5 stars, i really have no complaints. Maybe im just lucky.

After reading so many comments of people who had a bad experience with ontrac. I recently bought my daughter Adidas. I choose the option of picking up the package at the ontrac facility because I am never home. Without knowing ontrac contact me and left a vm to let me know the package is at the Fife facility. At the time of them calling I was already at there facility. The people at ontrac was great and I was on my way. I didn't have any problems at all.

The worst delivery company. They have lost packages in their warehouse, other packages delivered to 5 different houses around me. Where do they hire these drivers from, they can’t even read the numbers on the houses. There is a reason they deliver for less, if you really want to gamble with your money go to a casino.

An OnTrac driver came to our house out in the woods with no type of identification on the vehicle. This was after 8pm. My husband gave him some sound advise about the need to have the Company Name and DOT numbers on the vehicle or he might be greeted by a homeowner with a gun. He was told not to come back to our house until the van was correctly marked. I order again from Walmart for home delivery. OnTrac Inc. chose to no longer deliver to my house AND mark my packages as refused by customer. Federal law requires delivery for hire companies to have DOT information on their vehicles and visable at 200 ft on both sides of the vehicle. OnTrac has decided that law doesn't apply to them, and when I called Lewis County, WA Sheriff's Office, the officer I spoke with on a phone call back decided he chose not to obey the law either, refusing to site them. The practice of showing up in the dead of winter after 8pm when it is pitch dark,on private property in the middle of the woods is an unacceptable practice. 99% of the time an unmarked vehicle under these circumstances is absolutely up to no good. OnTrac should be ashamed of themselves for creating this situation, Walmart should have properly vetted this company to ensure their delivery vehicles were correctly delineated.

No communication, no tracking updates in a WEEK!!! So far package is 5 days late. Every day the estimated delivery day changes to the next day. Companies need to stop using ontrac!!! Use USPS!!!!

Ruined the only one Christmas gift I got and won’t even reimburse my husband for his gift to me to get me a new one.Item was tossed and you can hear it was slammed on my porch from my Ring Camera and broke it. What a Christmas you guys made it this year. We only had enough to get me one gift. Thanks!!!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY!If you use OnTrac to deliver your products to MY door, I promise you I will be returning it immediately and you will not receive my business, again. EVERY package I have received through THIS company comes to my home and reads of Marijuana. You a pothead, this won't bother you. But when you have allergies, absolutely despise the smell and have children in the home, this is a big issue. AND ITS ALWAYS THE SAME DELIVERY GUY, TOO!

If I could leave a 0 I would. They always come after my business hours. I've attempted to receive several packages from them. So you would think that by #3 or 4, they would have my information in their system. Nope! There is no way to get in touch with them. Once they make 2 attempts you're screwed and they will send your package back. It's inconvenient having to wait all day for then to show up..with no time frame given. The last driver, looked directly at my business, with me standing in the doorway, and drove off. Stating business closed. It was so frustrating. The bad part of all of this is you never know if your package will be routed through this company. Beware when ordering online.

I haven’t had any issues with the packages I have had that have been delivered to me these past three months. I order a lot from SHEIN. My packages usually show up towards the evening, I leave my porch light on to help the driver out. My packages are always delivered without any issues

I have very bad experience. Worst. They delivered my package to another address. And I call to get an answer and they don't give me any solution. Very bad service, apart from bad customer service.
