311 River Rd #101, Puyallup“I want to start this review by saying, I am not one who gives good reviews... the way I see it, if the service was good, no need to review it. But the last two visits to this store made me rethink that policy. Taryn was absolutely fantastic. Taryn was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the direction of the galaxy s24 ultra. I love this phone so much it has everything I wanted and more. Taryn also helped me pick out an amazing phone case, liquid screens for the front and back, as well as camera lens covers. All of this was done quickly and efficiently. People like Taryn definitely deserve more than they are being paid(whatever number that may be) and should be utilized in training of more staff. 11/10
If you come to this location, for sure ask for Taryn!”

“This is the second time I've had my phone repaired by this business. They are wonderful, fair prices, and very fast good quality work. My phone was cracked all over and not even unlocking or restarting for me. I remembered their good service the first time around and brought it there. It was 30 mins to close and they still helped me out. Sadly, I break my phone a lot, but I feel good that I can take it to them next time too.”
“I don't know who did it, I didn't ask his name or look at his name tag, but my phone wouldn't charge at all, it was dead and we tried everything. He was so sweet and took my phone and repaired it by replacing the charging port. It works good as new now! This is the same phone he repaired I am using to write this review! Highly recommend. Extra points for the funny name of the store”
“Brought my phone to Tacoma store where I purchased it because I couldn't get the camera to focus and they told me to take it to the Federal Way store and even though my warranty was a few days expired they fixed it for free by replacing a defective part. Within a few hours my phone was as good as new!”

I then visited the store and was greeted by Sean. He immediately started working on resolving our issue and even communicated directly with my son.
