My husband and I walked in today in a time crunch, but had a certain car in mind. Peter Cha went above and beyond to not only find us a great car, but to expedite our purchase. He made sure we walked out of there feeling great about our purchase. Every employee we met were super friendly, and made you feel comfortable there. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

I brought my NEW truck to Nissan of Fife for waranty work and when I picked it up there was a blown speaker. This was under warranty too so I brought it back for them to fix. While picking it up from that repair, I noticed a large deep scratch on the driver's side fender. I had to bring the truck back again to have this fixed. As I was picking up my truck I could see that someone had crashed it!
The front end and passenger's fenders are greatly damaged and although Nissan of Fife has attempted to repair some of this (they didn't even attempt repairs on some of the damage), they have failed to adequately repair the damage that they have caused. The fender is wavy, the paint is bubbled and now there are several new scratches covering the body of my truck, even in areas that they didn't atempt to repair.
I explained to management (Dan) that I am unhappy with my experience at Nissan of Fife because every time I bring my truck in, it gets damaged. His response was "I'm sorry you feel that way". This is an unacceptable response. Feelings have little to do with it. I expect more from Nissan; I expect my truck to be made as good as new.

Everyone was extremely personable. They weren't able to replicate the issue with my vehicle so they contacted Nissan engineering to try and really figure out what was going on. We ended up being able to diagnose the problem the next day when it occurred again. Their mechanic fixed it in a very timely manner and the staff (Dan in particular) was so friendly. He even followed up with me which is service that should be expected but these days seems to be hard to come by. This made me very happy, especially considering the dealership I bought the car from treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about on multiple occasions and kept trying to book my appointments out so far (2 weeks). When I explained what was happening to Dan he said it sounded like a safety hazard and he wanted me to bring it in right away. The other dealership didn't care. When someone spends $50,000 on a brand new vehicle they should be getting service like what I received from this dealership. Not treated like their business/safety isn't important. Thank you for doing such a great job and not making me feel like I was crazy and not treating me like I was too inconvenient for you.

I was there this morning for an oil change and I couldn't have been treated any better by Dan Zickler and the other employees. Hands down< the best service and friendliest people I have ever met. I left feeling happy. I recommend them for all of your service needs!!! The best!!!! !0 stars

My wife and I just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Larson Nissan in Fife. We just wanted to give a super grateful THANK YOU to Jesse Brenner, Jon Brown, and their new salesman Louis. All three of them are AWESOME people, who made our experience great once again. This is the 5th Nissan we have purchased from them. That must say something! Their warm and caring service has made us customers for life, seriously. My little 4 year old son said he had so much fun, and thought they were really nice. And we NEVER felt any pressure that can come from sales. This is the first review I've ever written, and it's 5 stars all the way! 10 stars if there was an option! Oh, and I'm going to send everyone I know down to them. THANK YOU Jesse, Jon, and Louis. (Louis, you're going to be a great salesman!)

Great experience come to nissan of fife. we never felt pressured but any of the staff, very friendly actually. but a huge thank you to luis reyes our salesperson. he was so nice helping us fit to our needs to the right vehicle. everything very well explained, the only reason i won't give a 5 star rating is because we were there for a really long time. not to mention we had our kids with us. overall i want to thank the staff for getting us into a car that fits our family. thank you nissan of fife.

Awesome experience! My husband and I went in knowing we had credit challenges and kept an open mind, but Myke Heckelsberg made it so easy! He was super thorough, took his time explaining our options and I felt listened to my concerns and took them into consideration. After everything, we were able to drive home with a much newer and nicer car than we originally went to see. If you're looking for a new car, go see Myke!!!

Apparently they are priced "aggressively" and even though you show them proof of the exact same car being sold for 2k less that doesn't matter. The finance guy even started telling me how nice Toyotas are even though we were running numbers on a Chrysler. They don't care about the customer they just want to move cars.

Purchased my 2015 Nissan Rogue yesterday and felt well treated. Parker was a great help and very professional and friendly. Ron helped the end process go smoothly and I especially enjoyed John who finalized things for me. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

I had a great experience at Larson Nissan of Fife. Mr Pedrelli was extremely helpful, very friendly and straight forward in answering my questions. The paperwork was done fast and I was in and out in time to go to work! I highly recommend them! I love my Altima!!

Went there for a 2017 Pathfinder of which they claimed they had four in stock. When I got there that was not really a fact they had none. Aggressive sales people following me into parking lot. What a waste of time.
