Be aware of FRAUDS especially in financial office at this dealership .
They will add unwanted add ons ( warranties … etc ) .
They changed the 60 months finance plan to 72 while I was relying on their valued business and signed the paperwork.
It is more than 3 months I have requested the powertrain warranty cancellation but they don’t want to process the cancellation , I have decided to call or walk in one more time if they cancel it , if not My second call will be to the State Attorney office and file a police report ( cause they are not intended to proceed with my legal request) .
After you make a deal here you will be ignored next time you show up there or go for your vehicle to be serviced.
When calling to LARSON customer service they say “ we will try to contact the right person and let you know) but it is more than 3 months they try to ignore and disregard my cancellation request.
I really don’t recommend this dealership.

Don't go to these guys! They say they guarantee their work they give you a warranty and then they'll find every excuse not to fulfill that warranty. They will blame it on you they will say it's your fault and they will flat out not take care of you! Not even 2 years ago they told me I needed my rotors replaced which was $1,500 and they told me I had a 2-year warranty. My 2 years is not up and they will not honor their warranty. I will never take my Cadillac back to them again be careful. I was told my rotor had to be cracked in half to be replaced under warranty. I always thought rotors lasted longer than 1 1/2 years. All my other rotors have lasted longer.not a place that can be trusted. I would always ask for my parts that they replaced back. So you
know if it was necessary or if they scammed you.these pictures are my rotors 2 years ago that they said needed to be replaced.

The service oil change and filters change was done quickly. I was told when I arrived at the service department I could use my reward points towards my payment. The service representative that handled my paperwork asked for my email. He looked it up and told me I had 10,000 points. He didn't know if it was 10 or 100 dollars. I told him it was 100 dollars. He asked me for a code or last four to a credit card. I used my point before and didn't have to go through this process. When I when to pay, the accountant told me it was a 3 percent fee if I use a credit card. I felt like I was taken advantage of. Because of the treatment, I don't think I will be coming back there again. Thank you for the great service in the past. Your service representatives should know the value of the reward points.

Nate and the team at Larson Cadillac of Fife were a pleasure to work with. No hassle no pressure and very professional. we purchesd a 2023 CT4 Luxury Sport. The price was within opur budget and we were in and out in about 2 hrs. I would highly recomend Look Larson Cadillac and we will be back with our next purchase. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! I came from Oregon because I found a good deal. Maybe I didn’t do enough research because they don’t do a full inspection on their vehicles, gave me incorrect information about obtaining the registration, and repeatedly ignored my follow up calls and emails.
I noticed the wheels weren’t great and the alignment was off. They said they’d give me a $160 credit for the alignment and the wheels were fine. When I got to Oregon and had it checked out the wheels were in critical need or replacement and the alignment cost $600.
I called and emailed with Edwin multiple times and he kept dodging me. Apparently he got let go so I started working with Chris Williamson in sales and Jason Smitley in repairs. They both ignored several email follow ups so I stopped trying. This place is not trustworthy!!!

I took my Chevy Silverado here for service and they took great care of me and took care of everything with the warranty company. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Really communicative and helpful. The ladies at the front desk are awesome and the manager took time to get everything addressed and repaired for me.

We are so pleased with our used car purchase at Larson Cadillac! We arrived late in the afternoon on a rainy and cold day. The salesperson, Hayley, was knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. With her assistance, we were able to buy the car we were looking for. It was reassuring to have her there through the entire process! This is our second car purchase at Larson Cadillac. It certainly was a great experience. Nate and Chris and the rest of the staff are very professional and courteous and make a person feel welcome and appreciated.
And the Larson difference is not just a sales tactic, that is a great program and a customer is aware of the difference because the program is being followed by the staff. Very noticeable difference indeed and that separates Larson from the others.
I have over 25 years of customer service experience and that is what I am basing my comments on.

I had a great experience at Larson Cadillac. Megan quickly responded to my initial interest. Unfortunately, I was unable to get back to her and the next time I checked Auto Trader, the vehicle was no longer posted. Thankfully, someone else that was also interested in it, camped on it for too long, so they made it available again. That’s when I realized I had my second chance and this was the “meant to be thing”. Megan, along with Chris, were both responding back to me and I was able to set up a viewing and test drive the very next day. A simple drive down the road and back and I knew I was going to buy it. Purchasing it, was a very simple and easy process. I did buy it outright, so there was no loan to deal with. Also, I had to go get a cashiers check and Chris let me borrow one of their brand new Cadillac Escalades to drive there and back. That was pretty cool of him and I can definitely tell you…. that was a really nice vehicle. (A bit out of my price range.) Today is Friday and they’ve been checking in with me periodically since last Monday. Great company, sales people, and finance department. Even though I didn’t actually finance it, there were some things to take care of in that department - Paula was awesome. The pictures were accurate, as well as the description of the vehicle. The Carfax was spot on as well - meticulous maintenance records. I got a great car at a great price. Anyone that’s interested in a newer vehicle, do yourself a favor and go check them out.

Bought a used truck here and was happy with the experience. Nate in sales was very nice, helpful and made the buying experience smooth. Jerry from the service department was excellent and worked with us to get an issue solved quickly.

I can’t figure out if the salespeople are racist or sexist or both. My husband and I came in looking for a car. The first salesman, Nathan, asked if we were looking for an older model or newer model. My husband clearly said newer. Nathan then offered a 2001 Denali that had 11k miles. Red flag one. After our test drive Nathan introduced us to another salesperson who is more knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. This gentleman introduced himself to only my husband. Didn’t bother to introduce himself to me. He continued to only speak to my husband and not once did he speak to me. Also he stood near the doors, didn’t even offer us a seat in the dealership. We have never been treated so badly. The car was beautiful but the customer service was so bad that I would never buy a car from them.
