Spoke to John (maybe online sales guy) about a used vehicle advertised for $23,800. Had cash ready to purchase, ask about making a deal (who wouldn't?). John informed me that they would try, so I arrive over. They proceeded to bring out a contract for FULL PRICE PLUS A $5k SERVICE CONTRACT. So now it's $28k+. John proceeded to justify the price by arguing that $27500 is the market rate and "hey we can get the price down if we remove this service contract!". I left and bought the same exact car somewhere else for $22k. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND PISS YOU OFF.

Ask for John McQueen when you visit INFINITI of Tacoma in Fife! He was the absolute best to work with while I was researching cars. His upbeat and fun attitude made the experience comfortable and easy. He was so helpful and never tried any high pressure sales tactics. In fact, I decided another brand was right for me, so I didn't buy a car from him; and even then, he was really wonderful and congratulated me and was excited for me. He's a genuine person, a total gem, and you must visit him at INFINITI of Tacoma in Fife!

Ask for sales person Zane if you go into INFINITI of Tacoma at Fife. Zane is honest and doesn't try to persuade you to make a purchase. He answers questions and doesn't pressure you at all. All car sales people should be like Zane. Hopefully his management realizes what an asset Zane is to the dealership.

I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from them early March 2023. I made an offer and they came back at a little less then $900 over my offer it was less then what I expected them to come back with as it was still $2,500 under the sale price. I know this is partly my fault for not going over the final numbers but in all my years buying cars this has never happened before expecting that once you agree to a price the dealer will stick to it. A few days after I bought it I was looking over the paperwork and they changed me an additional $200 for the car. I know this is not much money compared to the overall price but it is just the fact that they changed it after we agreed on an amount. We made the deal one night and I picked it up the fallowing day, I was told he would call me around 1pm when t was ready because they were going to detail it again as they had lent it to another customer before I bought it. I ended up calling at about 3pm because I had not heard from them and they had not detailed it. I also had to ask for the second key and when the plates came in I never heard from them. When I called about the plates they said they were in and there was no call because the salesman no longer worked there. I am very disappointed as they are supposed to be a higher end car dealer but were very unprofessional and changed the price on me.

Scott c I bought 2 vehicles from them in 2021 for just over 100000 dollars and payed cash in full then they tell me about this awesome coverage and coating they have so they tell me this coverage is 100 percent bumber to bumper the only thing it doesn't cover is wheels and tires I asked him several times he said yes 100 percent bumper to bumper so I ask for a brochure they didn't have any at the time so I decided to purchase it and tried to use my card and it didn't go thru so the guy said that's OK I'll just make a copy of your card information and we will try again later I wasn't really comfortable with that so I told him I would come up in a couple days with cash and pay for the coverage and coating on the car and asked for the card information he took back and he said don't worry I'll shred it up for you isaid ok well I returned with cash to pay for the car wich was 8200 dollars and told them if I decide to do the truck I'll bring cash for that when I make the appointment for the car about a week later infinity of tacoma makes three charges on my card for a total of 4830 dollars without my permission so I went back up there to tell them I wanted my money back and they said no problem and while I was there I was able to finally get a brochure on the coverage I bought for the car and found out that the list of things it didn't cover was almost as big as the list of things it did Cover so I then told them I was lied to about the coverage and I wanted refunded for that and the coating two all together totalling 13030 dollars they it would be no problem but it would take a few months to go thru corporate and I haven't heard from them since so at this point there nothing but crooks and there going to receive this review continuously until I hear from them .

No hassle no haggle. We got a good deal on a great car. Justin was respectful with our time. The entire process took about an hour.

The repairs were done as requested and the good quality of work, also they took good care of my car, but could tell. Would give more starts but.... This is not my first visit.. When you walk in to the service side there is no service counter.. it's confusing and awkward.. never been to a dealership/service center does does not have a counter EVER! ANYWHERE! Anyway as people walk in you can see the confusion in their eyes and just wonder and lol around, you are greeted by a waiting area, it's clean and you can see a coffee machine. Plenty of places to sit and a large TV to help pass the time. At some point someone will walk out from an office and say hello... Thats the service advisor, then You are asked what you need... Another negative is the service department has terrible communication!! I had to call over and over after my car was there for over 24hrs. Eventually I got a call back. I was told from the person on the phone that she was not at the dealership, they hired a company to answer the phones for them... WTF?? Really you can't hire A receptionist like EVERYONE ELSE???? This is the closet Infiniti dealer to me and that's why I have to come there. Again thank you to the techs for doing a good job!! And one last thing COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER BETTER SERVICE ADVISORS!!!

Got quoted on a repair cost twice over the phone but when I came in the guy I spoke with doubled the cost. He tried to say they only quoted me the diagnostic charge but half of the cost was the part, and the doubled price would've only been the diagnostic, so even that lie didn't make sense at all. I'm not even upset about that, and I actually still would've left my car there but the lack of empathy the service guy showed turned it into more of a principle of not letting my car get worked on. Rather than try to work out the misunderstanding he just tried to quickly get me out of there. Luckily I've done this repair before, so I told him to just sell me the part and I repaired it myself. I'm giving 2 stars because the guy in parts named Pie (yes that's his name) is a solid dude and I've dealt with him before ordering parts from this location. He actually cares and will answer questions, share experiences, and talk to you like a normal human being unlike the overweight old white guy with glasses I dealt with in service ( he was really a sales guy you could smell it from a mile away ) I'm willing to bet the actual repair service here is awesome, but don't let them swindle you into the crazy repair costs, do your research and shop around. My experience is the #1 reason why people tell you to never take it to the dealer

I purchased my QX50 from Infiniti Fife in January of 2020 I have serviced as recommended, in 35000 miles needed new tires, and battery, alignment and brakes!!! last week Infiniti of fife replaced my brakes back rotors, and front, and the transfer kit for my transmission etc. I'm on my way to Oregon for the weekend now, but just turned around My maintenance now, oil and oil filter and tire Maintenance lights just came on!!! How is this possible that I have no oil 2000 miles from my next change is needed! Infiniti had my truck for 3 days, on top off these major safety concerns....they didn't even wash or vacuum it out! I'm very concerned, Infiniti of fife service department is not properly trained or just don't care or perhaps unaware of how scenarios like this will conveniently make their way to KING5/KOMO4/KIRO7.
