The younger Punjabi woman at the front desk (GuestHouse??) Is extremely unprofessional and RUDE. Not to mention the rooms are quite dirty and incomplete - missing components, torn linens, only 1-2 soaps and towels. Not the best choice for over $100 a night. IMO stay away, it's eerie and not worth your hard earned dollars. They play games. African American woman on nights is only good thing - if any. She nice. Thanks 4 reading.

This used to be a very good place to stay, but of course when the people from India took over like every other hotel they take over, they let it run down,. Used to serve breakfast and you could make waffles if you wanted but not anymoreNearby activities: Casino and food

It's not bad for the price and be sure to get a non smoking room because it smells so much better.

Rooms were disgusting. Bed wasn't even made up. Lamp shades were knocked crooked. Boogers on the wall. It was horrible but with coupons, only paid $40+tax. Front desk night lady was playing games with us. But we were grateful for a roof and a bed, a shower too.

This place should be condemned and torn down. There seems to be massive blood stains on the carpet as if someone was murdered and dragged down the hall. Not a safe place at all. Very dirty and not update. Won't ever come back to Washington again because of this place.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The water was either scalding hot to the point you could not stand under it or immediately iceberg cold... It was impossible to use the shower. Garbage underneath the bed, the walls have holes in them and the artwork hanging up has other people's writings on them, in permanent marker. The first floor area right past the dust had such a musty smell it smells like mold. The Parking lot had so much garbage in it I was shocked.I would never recommend someone staying there.

if you want to be treated like children and hardcore monitored by the hotel staff, be sure to come here! they do a really good job of making you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. not to mention they have unreasonably strict rules that make you feel like they're just making up things in order to give you the worst hotel experience ever!!i had to use the bathroom super badly because we did an hour-long drive, but when i arrived, i walked all over the lobby until i realized that the door to the bathroom had no indication that it was a bathroom, only a hand written sign saying "out of order." nothing about the bathroom even seemed out of order except the fact that there was no hand soap (not even an empty bottle of soap. just nothing except paper towels). when we checked into the hotel, they asked for a $25 deposit incase of damage. this was not disclosed before we booked our room, so it felt misleading. this was 16 days ago and we have still not received the deposit back. after we got our card back, we were asked to fill out a slip with information about our car (license plate, model, color) then we were given a parking voucher to put on the dashboard of the car so that we could leave our car there overnight. my boyfriend and i originally booked this one bedroom room with our friend in order to have a place to stay after a concert, not wanting to make a whole hour-long drive afterwards, but our plans were ruined when we were told our friend who was driving separately would get towed if he left his car overnight since "each room gets 2 guests and one visitor". they have the most ridiculous rules i ever heard. the employees literally treat they guests like children i emphasize this enough. during this check in process, they also asked to see me and my boyfriend's ids, and they photocopied them to keep a record in what circumstance is this necessary?? especially considering that we were only staying for less than 24 hours. i found all of this super strange but we had plans to attend a concert and i was fixated on that, so i just did whatever i could to speed up the check in process so that we could move on with our day.we had two friends with us who helped us bring our stuff up. we also planned on just hanging in the room until it was time to leave since we had a few hours before our concert. when the front desk saw them walk in with us, they did not stop us or question us, so i thought everything was fine. a few hours later, my friend who was staying in the room with his arrived. he came into the lobby and was stopped by the front desk. my boyfriend had to come downstairs to talk to the front desk because they would not let him up to the room. he explained that he was sharing a room with us and told them the room number, but they forbade him from leaving the lobby to go upstairs and demanded that we kicked out our 2 visitors who were in the room with us because "we had too many visitors" even though they literally said nothing about it when we first came in. they also told us that their management was watching them and that they would get in trouble for allowing us to have that many guests. while my friends were gathering their stuff to leave the room, the people at the front desk complained that they were taking too long and they needed to leave IMMEDIATELY or else they would cancel our room and kick us out. literally what is wrong with these people. i have ever met anyone as disrespectful and rude as the people at the front desk. they seemed to be on a power trip and took pleasure in ruining our nights in every way they could. at this point, there was nothing we could do except accept defeat. our friends left and we only stayed in the room for another hour before leaving for our concert. in the end, we all decided to drive home after the concert because only one of our cars could park in the parking lot overnight, and we felt way too disrespected to even try to make our money's worth at this point.

Front desk lady is nasty. Extremely rude. Rooms are dirty. Terrible location. Things would have been better if the woman at the front desk wasn’t so awful.

Rough exterior but the rooms are clean. Outdoor pool looks like it has been out of service for a long time. The staff are super friendly and the price is right compared to others nearby. Room furnishings old fashioned but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is not happening any more but they did have free coffee in the mornings. We worried that our car might be unsafe in the parking lot but had no issues over our 3 night stay, the staff seem very vigilant.Conveniently close to the Car Museum where our festival was held & also the Dome. Bus service to those spots was regular, easy and only $2. We also walked a number of times and it only took us 20 minutes.Walkability: 20 min walk to LeMays Car Museum and the Dome

Very small room. Rooms not kept up. Our smoke detector was hanging from its wires off the wall, lampshades torn up and not even screwed on. 1 lamp didn’t work at all, pictures frame on the wall only had 3/4 of its frame. Complained about the smoke detector as soon as we checked in, but nothing was done and they didn’t offer us a different room. Homeless out in the streets and in the parking lot once the sun started to set. Came out a side door to go to our car (we were in town for a concert) and the area and bushes around the door smelled strongly of urine. Spend a little more and stay at a better hotel. Would not recommend unless you’re really in a bind. Should have just slept in our car, but needed somewhere to get ready in.
