We had a flat tire on the passenger side third axle on the truck.
Tried to patch it ourselves and that luckily led us to the shop. Guys checked, put it back, check the pressure (all eight tires) and didn't charge anything.
This is perfect axample what respect looks like.

If you care about your vehicle do not take it here they will do the work for the money but not sure if they care for quality… The least we can do is make sure everything you touch it’s hooked back up and not spitting out all kind of fluids to get you stuck 2 hours away from a job site. Called them and was told to bring it in even though they told me not to drive it so I guess we will pay for the tow as well after being told to bring it in I was hung up on. Just stay away from here and Dustin.

Did my alignment they did a good job 3 stars because the worker that test drove my coach was flooring the gas pedal and they forgot to tighten up my front wheel simulators, had to do it by hand on the side of an highway.

This review is for the Goodyear in Fife, WA. They saved our butt. The rear brakes on our 29' motorhome were being weird. We pulled in, they had a few minutes to take a look and found a few issues, main one being the rear brakes which were toast. We made an appointment for Friday, providing the parts would come in time, otherwise the following Monday. Luckily the parts came 5 minutes before closing on Thursday night. We were able to boondock their parking lot that night. They started working on it right away Friday morning so that we wouldn't have to stay overnight again (not the greatest area, we had a panhandler bother us Thursday night). We were out of there by 2:00 PM Friday afternoon. Friendly and informative mechanic explained how and why the brakes failed and showed us the parts.

Great service and transparency. I have been getting my oil change here for a couple of years. They always check to see if my car needs any additional maintenance. If I describe any issues I think my car has, they explain to me if it is an issue, something to keep an eye on, or nothing to worry about. I would recommend this service center for anyone that isn't car-savvy. James was super helpful in my last visit!

Commercial Service Manager Dustin was a massive help. Completed an alignment on my A-Class MH, Workhorse W24 chassis and mounted/balanced 2 new front tires.Provided a detailed report, and when stock wasn't available in my tire size suggested alternatives to get it. This was all done last minute, he pulled a rabbit out of a hat a saved my race weekend at the track!Definitely will be back.

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation, during the appointment the mechanic tried to replace the oil filter but couldn't get it off without potentially damaging the whole thing. So they replaced my oil, and rotated my tires FREE OF CHARGE. The manager J.R. was friendly, informative, and I was impressed. I'll be coming back here again soon! (I'm going to the previous mechanic shop to have them remove the oil filter, so if they damage my car they're liable.)

I've been going to Goodyear (in Lynnwood) for years. Well, I ended up moving back to Federal Way in 2016 and had to switch to somewhere closer, so the Fife location was the next closest spot. To be honest, I've ALWAYS had great service and experience at either location. I'm generally a big believer in giving your business to those who not only know what they're doing, but also honestly act like they care about their work and about you as a customer. My most recent experience happened on 6/2/21. I was on vacation for Memorial Weekend. My tire had started losing air QUICK. My PSI reading was 43 on 3 of the tires and 28 on my other one. I didn't make an appointment, so I was hoping to just drop in and see if I could get my tire checked. J.R. is the manager and I had asked him if it was possible to squeeze me in. He did just that and didn't even seem bothered by it. He was super nice (as he has ALWAYS been) and was able to not only fix my nail-ridden tire, he didn't really charge me anything for the inconvenience. I honestly would've been ok with the labor aspect since I was asking for a bit of help on a whim. His staff have always done a quick and thorough job as well. I actually will try to get all of my work done there as much as possible because of the consistency and good work they ALL do over there. I've had my 30k, 60k, flat tires, wiper blades, air pressure, alignment, etc, etc done there. I like this store because they don't try to push other work that's not necessary onto you. My entire experience there has always been clear, cut and honest work. I will continue to advocate for those who do good business with their customers, and this Goodyear is no different. Stellar customer service deserve their fair share of accolades as well, so kudos to JR and his entire team of guys! All of your efforts never go unnoticed

Hands down the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop. I had an emergency with a flat tire. Driving is now I make my living so I needed the flat repaired or replaced quickly. Although they were pretty booked for the day, J.R. was able to find me an appointment. When I asked about bringing the tire / car in early (without letting it be known that I was hoping for a cancellation) he said sure. Upon arrival, he let me know that there was a cancellation and they could take the car back immediately. They replaced the tire promptly and I was back on the road before I knew it. J.R. Is the man! If you need assistance, have questions, and want someone to treat you like a person and not a paycheck...this is the place to go. Thanks again for the help. Truly a lifesaver. 5 stars because of the excellent customer service and quick process.
