Final update: no reply on fixing a couch that has had multiple issues. This place has no regard for customer service. Under any circumstance, do not shop here if you are a service member either. As soon as you PCS with junk furniture they bait and switch you on, good luck getting ahold of them. They are happy though because they got their money.

The staff was very friendly. They had a great selection of all different prices and various payment methods. The furniture was all high quality. I have purchased several different bedroom sets from them and have always had a wonderful experience.

Very friendly and professional staff. We originally came in for a sectional and ended up buying a whole living room set because their inventory is absolutely beautiful.

We have shopped at Foothills Family Furniture for years. We highly recommend them to everyone we know. It is hard to find a company that has the customer service they do. They have gone above and beyond servicing us and our family.I am actually truly blown away at how good they have been to us.

Very polite and helpful, I was looking for a specific piece of furniture that I had located from a manufacturer, I was able to do the whole transaction over the phone. Austin made the purchasing process very accommodating.Will use Foothills Family Furniture again in the future!
