Person answering the phone did not know what they were talking about. They said my vehicle was not there, then it was there. next person named George was extremely rude and did not know Wa. state vehicle ownership documentation. Stay away from this company!Service: Car towing

Never had an experience as bad as this, the employees are rude and uneducated, no communication skills, instead of trying to help and come to a resolution the window was closed on us, how this company is still afloat is beyond me.

Great service once they got to me but I was waiting outside in the cold for over an hour until they got to me. I don't remember the name but the guy that came was super nice and went out of his way to make sure my car made it home in one piece.

They were very nice and it sucked cause didn't have an id and I can't get mad at them cause they were doing there job. But little did we know that a police officer could come and tell them our identity and we could get into the car. Thank you thank you.

Do yourself a favor and call anyone but this business......very rude and crude neanderthal that answered the phone had no clue where the Costco, Home Depot is in Federal way just north of Milton. I am not from the area where I broke down and needed to be towed. I guess their mantra is lousy rude customer service!!

A huge thank you to Fife Towing! Lisa took our call and I immediately knew we'd be ok. Tow truck arrived earlier than estimated and Matt was an expert at towing our BMW! Really relieved and now getting our flat fixed!

I contracted with them to pick my car up and tow it to BMW Northwest for service. On that morning, they started calling incessantly (4 times) to confirm at 6:45AM, implying I was a liar and going to break our agreement. They arrived late 7:30AM, got the car to BMW Northwest 8:30. The car was done, Shane called them to pick it up. They called me 2PM asked if they could hold the car in their lot until 6PM when the traffic got better (to "save" me money). At 7:10PM I called them to ask where my car was. Oh it's just leaving, Dale said. It's now 8:30, there is no sign of my car. I called again, and the gentleman on the phone said the car had not departed the yard until 8:12PM. They estimate it's arrival in 14 minutes. The WORST customer service and business experience I have had in years. I will NEVER do business with them again, and have suggested to the service manager at BMW Northwest they qualify a new towing vendor. They are liars. Their word is worthless.
