If not for Suzanne and team, I would not have emerged from the home buying process with my sanity intact. As a first time home buyer, there were many moments when I felt completely lost or was being pulled in a thousand different directions — Suzanne held my hand the entire way. She never made me feel bad for asking what I thought were stupid questions. She was always easily reachable. And she always took the extra time to check in and reassure me that I was doing okay. Suzanne, Shelby, and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to help me close in time despite all my indecisiveness, and I truly am so grateful for their expertise, professionalism, and kindness.

This is an amazing, knowledgeable, professional and friendly group to work with. This was our 2nd time using Fairway and both times they were amazing. Shout out to Jennifer ploof who was with us start to finish. From answering questions and explanations, she made everything run smooth! From giving us time lines, running numbers and a watchful eye on the constant changing unstable interest rates we locked in at the lowest number possible. It's like it is more than just a job to her sometimes you just see someone who does thier job so proficiently you just think they need a raise and that describes her perfectly. I can not say enough good about her and our experience with Fairway. They don't disappoint!
