Our company rented a flat bed pick truck for $189, we saw a charge of over $600 on our credit card, we never agreed to it, there was no damages, rental was 2 hours, we will be disputing this

I got the best price by a LOONNNG shot from the Fife Washington office.. They were very professional and thoroughly answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about all of the details, especially Brian (Branch Manager), Jesse (Assistant Branch Manager), Tonilynn (Customer Service Representative), and Thomas (Vehicle Cleaning Agent). I asked them all for their names and positions because I wanted to write a review and was really impressed by their professionalism and even how clean the vehicle was- it got fantastic Gas mileage because I used cruise control , that was a plus in savings too, and just every aspect of renting it was really great! I drove it 1200 miles and it went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Rented a pickup for a month while mine was being repaired. They only had 1-ton dodge ram available so they upgraded me for free. Check out was simple and returning the truck was very fast. They refunded my deposit shortly after.

Terrible experience along with outright discrimination from Jesse. The card processor wouldn’t read and Jesse looked me in the face and said I couldn’t afford the rental and refused to rent. I went to the parking lot and booked online right after. Then was made to wait outside for close to an hr with my son while he decided to go to lunch before bringing a truck in terrible shape. I’m now being accused of damages I didn’t cause and have detailed pictures showing it wasn’t me. They’ve taken 1,000 out of my account without notice recently and I’m in the process of seeking honest resolution by any means necessary. I’ll post one photo of the truck before leaving fife so you get an idea.Be sure to cover yourself with pics like I did with my son before renting here.

Rented a truck here to tow our trailer for the weekend because our truck was in the shop. While camping, closing a door caused the back window to shatter. Sounds crazy, but it's a real thing that happens. Girlfriend and her best friend had picked up the truck and tried to point out some damage to the back, on and near the window and were told that it wasn't big enough to matter. Well it did matter. When dropping it off, they insisted that it was our fault and that "a crack on the window will cause spiderwebbing, not shattering". Except that isn't how tempered glass works. A quick Google search can prove this. You can see that the glass is "bowed out" indicating the pressure came from inside (closing the door) and the damage to the window was an exterior chip, right on the bottom edge. When I tried to inform the salesperson about how tempered glass works, and explain that his justification of charging us was based on poor knowledge of tempered glass, he dug his heels in more and simply stated that it still wasn't their problem. When they're doing walk arounds, they *should not* be telling people "we only mark it if it is of X size or larger". That's fine when dropping it off and determining who pays for what, but when sending a vehicle out, that is just a simple way for them to reduce their own liability and should not be acceptable. MAKE SURE EVERY DING ON EVERY PIECE OF THE VEHICLE IS MARKED. TAKE VIDEO OF THE CAR SHOWING EVERY IMPERFECTION. Because even the smallest issues can become larger ones.Further, we had a dog and when told that no animals were allowed, she showed him her pants and all the hair on it and asked if that was going to be a problem (we took the dog in the Jeep). He said it wasn't a problem unless it was bad enough that it needed a detail. There was some dog hair in the truck, naturally. It's a husky that sheds constantly. Nowhere *near* the amount of hair that it would have been had she been in the truck. Cleaning it out would be a short job, but they charged us the detailing fee anyway. This part isn't a big deal, but it shows their lack of integrity. It's bad enough that we had to pay for an extra day that we weren't using the truck, just because they were closed that day so we couldn't drop it off (Memorial day).I can afford to replace the glass out of pocket, even if my insurance didn't cover most of it (they will) -- it's not a matter of cost. It's a matter of the integrity of the business. I do not recommend.

You can't find a 26' truck if your life depended on it but with the couple of 16 footers we got instead, we got the job done. I just wish the lift gates on these trucks were the same size as the 26' trucks. There are 2 different size lift gates on the 16'. They are not pallet worthy at all. But the service was great and really helpful.
