This place is awsome! They always go above and beyond to get ya taken care of. Had a baler shaft go down during hay season and the gentleman in there was able to get me back to work the next day. Not saying they have a 1 day turn around but if your in a jam they understand! Will always be using these guys.

I called Drivelines NW in Fife today to get some information on having my lifted truck's front driveline re-done. The guy who answered the phone was uninterested in looking at my vehicle as "we don't have a shop to work in and it's been raining so we really don't want to lay on the wet ground." WTH! I wasn't even planning to bring it in until end of the month but God forbid they have to lay on the ground and get wet. Very poor customer service. I was even willing to drive from eastern Washington to get it done by them. Lost my business.

They are very knowledgeable and get the job done right.We have used their service for yearsI recently had them shorten a driveshaft for a personal project and mis understood the measurement directions which left it too long. I brought it back expecting to pay again and they took care of it as a courtesy.Tone they went above and beyond. Thankyou Scott and Pat
