Fast unloading. Nice people. Neat and clean washroom available for drivers. Enough space to back to the docks. Loves is just 1 mile away, but super busy every time of the day. Hard to find parking spot even in the day time.

Welcome greeting by store employees and free sample. Factory seconds taste as good as firsts. Prices are low, low, low. All the Roca candy varieties can be found here and all fresh products. You can't go wrong paying a visit.

You can park overnight, Signe says Receiving open at 7 a.m. but their trucks are on the docks and they are open when I check in at 6:50 so probably they open around 6 a.m. not sure.

I have been to this store many many times and usually the customer service is excellent. But the gentleman at the counter was not friendly. I've seen him there before and witnessed unfriendliness to other customers. But this was the first for me. Usually the ladies that work there are so friendly and outgoing and helpful and the store is set up nicely with great selection and great prices.

The gentleman in there was very short, gruff and rude. Made me almost not want to shop there anymore! If it wasn't for one of my favorite candies, I would stop.

There is always a treat in store at Brown & Haley's Outlet store (!). I am always looking for cheap quality goodies. Try 7 ounce factory seconds of dark chocolate peppermint bark for $1.00! Factory seconds of dark chocolate Roca Thins for $1.99. I also bought Roca brittle dust. It should make good cookies! They had their chocolate pieces leftovers for $3.00 lb. The chocolate B&H uses is a better quality than the Toll House brand chocolate chips at the grocery store. Cheaper, too. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will be back soon.

Great candies and sale prices on many speciality items. Shipping was excellent, received in 2 day. The package was well wrapped and insulated to protect the contents. Will order again.

AlmondRoca and Mountain Bars at a discount. Brown and Haley has two outlets about five minutes apart. The Fife store is larger. They have lots of selection of Roca and other candy. Some of the items are under 3 dollars. Factory seconds taste as good as first quality.

This little shop is so charming and cool! Not only is this place a must for a lover of Almond Roca, they also feature other Washington foods and they have displays of their old machinery and packaging. This shop has all of the Almond Roca flavors you could want, goodies from local food places like Seattle Chocolates/Chukar Cherries/Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts to name a few. The shopkeeper was very charming and informed us of the best deals in the store. Did you know you can get Almond Roca dust here for $1.50 a bag? This little shop is a treasure!
