Name checks out. It's a barn, full of boots, and other things. They didn't have the jacket I wanted, but their customer service was friendly enough.

The customer service here was above reproach! I went in seeking information, and left with two hats. There are a wide range of items/merchandise here. If not on hand at the location, they can more than likely order it for you. If you're looking for knowledgeable salespeople and good product I recommend this store.

Cute store and staff was great but Boot Barn website advertising a full grain leather boot but manufacturers website for Durango Crush boot says is all man made materials. False advertising. Disappointed.

We went in looking for one pair of boots, and left with 3 pairs and clothes. Trish was very personable, present and very insightful. Even thought there might have been other staff there(?) Trish was the face of it all. Our family would absolutely go back there. She deserves a raise and recognition
