Have not been to BJ's bingo in about twenty years and finally decided to visit. Was very disappointed with the state it is in now, air conditioning kept shutting off , hot and humid very uncomfortable for my Wife and I. Spent over 300.00 on bingo and still didnt cover all games, very poor prizes now .Computer kept freezing up with delays. I won 10 .00 on one game . Came down from British Columbia just to play here and will never come back . Total waste of money .

Very friendly staff and more than 20 rounds of all manner of bingo games. Smoking and amoke free rooms. They make it really fun, would definitely recommend

This casino is not a large one at all. BUT they are a fun little casino and have what I consider better than average payouts on their slots and their bingo too. Also they are currently in construction to expand in size considerably. NOTE: the construction does not at all affect or put any damper on what they currently offer at the establishment. So it's good but only will get better.

If you are LGBTQ+ go in a group. I tried going through all of the proper channels for some sort of explanation/resolution and I was ignored. This is not a safe environment for a solo LGBTQIA+ that can be picked out of a crowd.
I have tried contacting the property for clarification to no avail. This is a reservation property so they are not held to the same standards as businesses of Washington State.
Edit: I have tried communicating with security and have had no response. I also emailed a response to the marketing reply.
2nd edit: Still no response from marketing or security for over a week, both were contacted. Pretty pathetic seeing as how I emailed the link that is posted.
3rd edit: Over a month later, after I tried contacting marketing, security, HR, etc and no responses.
