Good prices and good service!

Shocked at how unbelievably rude they are. The guy working (taller thin guy) immediately had an attitude when we walked in. My husband needed a new tank for his vape, so he was pointing to items that were behind the glass to find out the price but apparently giving out that information is above the guys pay grade because he was incredibly annoyed. He ended up just going and sitting down and stating that he himself doesn’t vape so he had no knowledge about them, which struck me as terrible customer service but above all—we weren’t asking for information or advice just pricing because there were no visible prices. Don’t try and ask about flavored juices either, he immediately said they do not have a list of the flavors nor was he going to name them off. After deciding we had had enough of this guy we decided to purchase just a lighter and move onto another smoke shop. As I pulled the money out of a small pocket on my flannel he stated he could not accept my money because he thought I pulled it out of my bra and that they don’t take money from women that keep their money in their bra because staff has been getting sick. I walked away in disbelief just wanting to leave, I was incredibly embarrassed and at that point I wasn’t even going to begin to argue that it had in fact come from my shirt pocket. My husband pulled his debit card out, paid, and we left. It’s been several days and I still keep going over it in my head and decided I needed to leave a review.
UPDATE: My checking account states that he charged me $19.65 for that lighter!!

There sell fireworks on the lot. We got a great deal at this place. Rachel whose great grandfather owned this place is an absolute doll. They service with a smile and spend their time working with you. I am so glad we stopped by here and got our fireworks which are well worth the money. It’s hard to find business nowadays that actually like working. This is native owned and I support this business 100% and recommend anyone looking to buy do head on over here. They were so kind and caring I will do the 30 minute drive to shop here. Kid and family friendly

Today was the third time in the store and honestly really shocked by how rudely I was treated. I even called back to ask if it was something I had done because I have never been treated like I was scum before. First I was told that the employee that helped me was to busy to come to the phone which was fine but then whoever was on the phone said he heard the whole conversation and proceeded to tell me that they don't let customers reach into the case to grab things, which is not what I asked anyway the rude service continued throughout the phone call. I was not surprised that it would end up this was. I just wanted to know if there was a behavior in myself I needed to change, but by the end of the conversation I realized it wasn't me because I am very polite. Sometimes it brings out the worst in others I guess.
UPDATE! Went back through the drive through for 2 packs of camel crushes and 2 packs of camel wides my total was somewhere around $45 bucks. I paid $100 . When she came back with my change she was extremely rude and told me that next time I try to bring a $100 bill I should think again and get change before hand. Can't say I'm shocked to have been treated this way. Rude!

Kate and the rest of the graveyard shift are amazing! I come through on my way to work almost every morning Thursday-Monday. They always have great attitudes and smiles on their faces. It really gets my day off to a great start!
