“I just purchased a used Audi from Audi Tacoma, late December 2025. I was very comfortable interacting and bargaining with the sales guys, the manager, and the finance guy. They met me more than halfway in the price negotiations, gave me a generous amount for my trade-in, and then helped me get familiar with the car. I thought they were honest and straightforward all through the negotiating process. They did insist on playing the Big Bad Boss in the Back Room game for a couple of rounds, but I guess they're all going to do that. But I would work with these guys again any time.”

“I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma, and a huge part of that was thanks to Tyler Barnes.
To be honest, I usually go into car dealerships with my guard way up. I like to do my homework, negotiate hard, and make sure I’m actually getting my money’s worth — and that often leads to some uncomfortable back-and-forth with salespeople. That was not the case with Tyler.
From the start, he was extremely responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely willing to work with us. He completely broke every cliché of the typical pushy, nagging car salesman. No pressure, no games, no beating around the bush. He was open, transparent, and actually listened. We discussed numbers openly, and he got us to the price I had in my head without making it feel like a battle.
What really stood out was how he handled an issue where the mileage on the car was listed incorrectly on the website due to an IT error. When I pointed it out, Tyler immediately acknowledged it and worked with finance to adjust the price accordingly. No awkwardness, no excuses — just handled it professionally and smoothly.
At no point did I feel like I was “dealing with a car salesman.” Tyler took care of us end-to-end and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

The technician said it was cracked, but not likely to spread any time in the near future. He suggested saving the money and waiting for it to completely crack through. The windshield should stay in tact for a long period of time. It was nice of them to delay the process for me and save me some money in the meantime.”
