Always missed pickung up my trash. Driver needs to get an eye test can't do simple job! Also some of the lady in the office when you call them they will tell you that it will be pick up within the day. But not gonna happen I called several times for my trash to be pick up. You need to wait for another cycle of the week again! Poor service!

Great customer service! Excellent place to work. The company absolutely loves and cares for their employees and the communities they serve. They do annual food drives (multiple times a year) for schools and food banks. They build hundreds of bicycles every year so that kids of struggling lower income families can get a nice new bike. They volunteer for community projects like park clean ups. As an employee myself I have received a lot of help from Murrey's. I was homeless with my wife and 2 kids when I first started working for Murrey's. They supplied my family with a full thanksgiving meal, Christmas gifts for not only my 2 kids but for my wife and myself as well. I have been working with them for less than a year and now they are giving me an opportunity to advance my career by going to school to get my CDL. Most of the other comments I'm seeing on here sound like people that either have been late paying their bills so their accounts were suspended and didn't like the answers they are given. The other comments are from people that don't seem to understand that even the slightest amount of ice on the roads can pose an extremely unsafe condition for very large commercial vehicles. Everyone at Murrey's that I have met, or had an opportunity to work with is nothing but 100% professional and extremely friendly. I find it very hard to believe that any has had issues with bad customer service and impolite or rude employees.

Very frustrating that they can cancel garbage and recycling pickup because of the threat of snow and ice. It wasn't even all that bad. Certainly not bad enough for us customers to not be out going to work to pay our Murray's bill. When they cancel service of course don't give a credit, they say you can put out extra a week later. Well, first of all, how we to save and put out recycling from 4 weeks when the container is full after 2 weeks. Especially during Christmas. The other thing is lots of people end up taking their garbage to the dump so they are basically paying twice for crappy Murray's service. I wish they had competition. I will curtaining respond with an email to the Washington State Utilities Commission re: the rate increase notifications going forward.

My garbage can fell into their garbage truck when it was picked up. I contacted them and the had no problem replacing it, the issue I have is they said there drivers that drop off cans have strict schedules and the soonest it can be dropped off is five days later. I asked if I could place my garbage in my recycling or yard waste bin until it was picked up next. The response I received was "to keep it in my garage or the side of my house". I am in the process of escalating this to find a reasonable solution. Hopefully all works out, but I am definitely not leaving my garbage with food and other items that smell in my garage, or on the side of my house for animals to find.

When there was snow on the roads, our garbage was not picked up. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. My bill included a charge for the week when we had no service. I wish there were another company to do business with! But Murray got the city's contract, so we are stuck with them.
