Most unprofessional company ever! Taking months to delivery my treadmill from DicksSportingGood. Every time I call, they say to me, we are looking into it. If you merchant is using AIT, there is no guarantee of the delivery.

We've had an ongoing relationship with AIT for months trying to set up a shipping service for our interior decor/design store. Just when we had come to an agreement on how things would work, they completely dropped off the face of the earth. Our company's launch has now been FURTHER delayed because they didn't have the decency to tell us that they don't want to work with us. John is the director of specialized solutions and he (unfortunately) let my whole team down. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did go through the process of a few conference calls to discuss feasibility and various solutions for us. Good thing they left us high and dry BEFORE we launched, otherwise our business would have been completely screwed. At least we have time to find a different shipping company to work with.

Waited for weeks for them to deliver a rug that we purchased on overstock. After weeks of emails trying to figure out where the rug was we received an email that they returned it because our address doesn't exist. Total nonsense we have deliveries everyday. No call no email nothing to us from AIT to get it delivered. And good luck getting them to answer the phone.

Delivery driver tried to force me to take the wrong item. He would not listen to me about how they were giving me the wrong item. It wasn't even close to the correct thing.

We needed help with a routed shipment that our supplier arranged and we contacted this office, the person I talked to went above and beyond and was able to sort through my suppliers lack of communication. In an age where people don’t care, this experience impressed me.
