Wilson's Furniture is not great. I bought a new chair, loveseat and couch two months ago and keep getting poked by the pointy end of feathers they use to stuff the cushions. Very disappointing for new furniture and overpriced for what it is. I would advise choosing some other place.Edit: After about 5 months, they sent a guy with special "bags" to cover the cushions so feathers won't poke out, but he had the wrong bags for some of the cushions and couldn't fix them. Added one star. Maybe they'll fix the others too someday?

At the store I happened to be helped by the new owner who was a very nice man and VERY knowledgeable about everything in the store. He told me he had worked at the store for many years and bought out the old owner. Also, when I called prior to ask questions about lift chairs the lady that helped me on the phone was very nice and not pushy too.Now, about the chair............ OH, IT SAVED MY LIFE. I was having bad hip problems and could not get out and into bed without pain. Even sitting in my recliner in my front room was hurting me. I read somewhere that a lady that had hip problems had purchased a lift chair. I had to do something so I went for it. The owner went over all the lift chairs with me. They have the best stock in town. He even knew which one to purchase if I ever needed to be in a skilled facility and wanted to take it with me. I didn't know that skilled housing only accept a certain type of one with special material for easy clean up if you have an accident. This chair is a must for those with hip problems. It even lays back like a bed. I am now using it for my bed too.Thank you Wilson Furniture for helping me find a better life without pain.

We ordered a $3000 cabinet bed which arrived at our home both damaged and defective. I spoke repeatedly with Stephanie, Ayisha or Jane over the course of four months. Each time they had a plan to remedy the situation and each time nothing happened. Finally, after reading this review, the owner called with a plan to remedy the situation. Again, nothing happened. Their company-wide lack of follow-through is quite remarkable.

The gal that helped us was very patient and knowledgeable she answered all our questions , it was a delight to do business there. Definitely will buy there again.

The staff is very helpful and they know their offerings well, so they can help you find just what will work for you. The furniture is nice. The sales person was not very helpful and was openly hostile to me and my sister. Her name was Stephanie. We only stayed because we really needed the furniture as soon as possible. The furniture was delivered and set up fast and the delivery guys were very polite and fast and did great job!

In the beginning of the year, I bought a recliner from Wilsons. The reason I went there is because of their reputation of customer service and the quality of the products. The recliner I bought though started acting weird. So I went in to talk to them because I felt like the recliner was broken, it was not working. They had one of their employees come and look at the chair and he also felt that it was not working properly. So I went in and talked to the manager and he went out of his way to work out a deal that both of us were happy with. I will continue to recommend Wilsons as very good customer service.

**Have to amend this review** After Bill the Manager found out about my problem it was resolved in days.**Purchase a bed from them, puppy chewed the cord, need to replace so adjustable bed works again. We are going on four months since employee was out to my house. They originally told me they would order parts and come out to replace. That has now turned into I need to order but they can't tell me what I need to order.

Stephanie was as great! Allowed us to just look around and find what we were looking for. Once we did she was very helpful, nice and made it an enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be buying more furniture at Wilson’s from her.

Service was stellar throughout. Our salesman , Leo, was not pushy but remained available. He arranged same day delivery. Prices were at or below competition and quality seems good. American made. We purchased the 5 year warranty for spills and tears. Delivery people were prompt, pleasant and removed old sofa and love seat. An excellent experience all around.

We stopped in to Wilson's late on July 3. Stephanie was all alone on the floor and did an awesome job serving us despite juggling a couple other customers. Furniture selection is excellent and we ended up purchasing more than we went for.

Stephanie was wonderful, she greeted us but never hovered, however, any questions we had she promptly went to confirm the answer and returned. Even the Manager (?) came out of his office and chatted with us making the whole customer experience great. We bought a beautiful dark grey living room set, which is to be delivered today (so fast!) we will follow up in a month on how that works out

I needed a box spring mattress replaced in a pinch to avoid one of our guests from having a negative experience. The team at Wilson’s was incredible. I ordered a box spring over the phone and it was delivered within two hours. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
